I used to enjoy going to this dispensary quite frequently, but the customer service has diminished greatly. There is a short blonde grumpy monotone sad and slightly round man that works there who really brings me down. So much so, I no longer shop at the dispensary anymore. If I wanted to deal with some snotty kid when I bought my weed, I would rather find some high schooler to pay 20 a g.

This was the second dispensary we went to in Gunnison. The first one was fine...helpful, knowledgeable, professional, etc. But the folks here at Roots Rx blew that first place outta the water! They were extraordinarily personable and went above and beyond to help us in our purchase choices. Stefan ESPECIALLY was amazing...after mistakingly leaving our credit card there, he talked with us after the close of business to get details. Bright and early the next morning we got a text from him that the card had been mailed. He even took the extra time to make sure the card was securely wrapped in the envelope. Just don’t find that level of customer service very often! We will absolutely be going back to this place and this place only, next time we are out that way.

A MUST TRY!! GREAT PRODUCT LINES AND I MEAN THE TOP!!! STATOS, WILLIES AND MORE. PLUS GREAT PRICES FOR THE REGION I USE THEM ANY TIME WERE IN TOWN OR PASSING THROUGH!! AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO....MAGALI!!!! YOU TOTALLY ROCK AND THANKS FOR THE DOPE HOOK UP!!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE YOU MUST TRY ROOTS AND GRAB SOME FREE SWAG!!!!! THATS RIGHT I SAID FREE!!! This place was ok if you like corporate weed. The staff was really nice. Not much a selection with edibles and non smoke stuff. I had my elder mother with me and the kid was professional with her. He seemed to know a decent amount. I got some weed to test and it was decent but noting special. The price was fair. You can tell this is a big operation and quality is hard to maintain. I have been to another Roots and it was a little better. It was a step above my first couple stops but still just mediocre.

THE BEST MARIJUANA IN GUNNISON!!!Seriously this place was great, they actually have decent flower and cheap wax, so happy I went in to check it out.And since it was friday they gave me a free joint for spending so much, awesome people, loved my 8th of death star, and the joint of girl scout cookie was amazing, looking forward to going back, one of the best dispensaries I've ever been in.
