Just came into the town this past week, already spent over $400 here. The first time they didn’t stop our purchase to add a quarter to make it an half, he said it was to late. Fair enough I do get that, some pos systems work like that. Went in to the store today cause yesterday I order things online for the 15% percent discount to be told 1/4 of the items I ordered were in the store. Didn’t look like the picture but I still grabbed it and a few other products. Today the “manager” wouldn’t let me check out online to get the discount cause I was already in the store. Her argument was to keep people to stop coming in there and hanging out. She said I could’ve order online then checked my products out in person once I got there. Wouldn’t that been The same thing as going in and looking at the products like I did? I would’ve been still hanging out at the store, kind of making her argument invalid. Not to mention, I would’ve ordered like 10-15items cause I generally like to browse before I buy. No where in the text I received about the 15% did it say those stipulations that she said. I just said half their products don’t match their pictures and it’s why I came in to look at it instead of ordering it and taking the gamble or having to order it then not want it. Not to mention, I spent 150 the first day no one mentioned anything about sign ups or the point system. Not until I went in and spent another 100 did I figure out I could sign up after asking about it myself.I mean it was a chill store overall I had no issue spending money there and the people were cool. But the managers attitude went 0 to 100 and at no point was I being rude or being snappy. I was just explaining to her why I went about the approach I did and why I thought ordering online then coming in wasn’t productive since the images don’t look anything like the product. Was just treated with disrespect over a 15% bonus, and I won’t be stopping in there anymore. I could’ve used my student discount and got a 10%. Just the way the manager handled and went about it was unprofessional. She just acted like I was trying to get over on them, when in reality I was just trying to make the purchase smoother. They have good products just watch out who your bud tender is. Had such a bad experience I’ll be going out of my way to tell my friends to avoid this chain dispensary.Not to mention I had two individuals with me who usually think I handle things to the extreme sometimes however they both agreed the manager was rude.Edit: if they had a rule stating that you can’t go in store then order online it should’ve been clarified. And she should’ve let us do It since we were already there and we were able to do it the day before. I could see the professional way of correcting us then not letting us since we were already there and did it the day before. Really wish corporate would see this and not the local managers.Like I haven’t had an issue all week besides a few products being out of stock, but that’s to be expected. And I had no issue going in there buying top shelf and spending money in there cause I thought the product and service was quality.

The experience started out fun, very neat decor. There was a wait but that's rather normal. Mid-order, both of the workers stopped acknowledging us. It's not like we were being rude or slow, I have no idea why the guy that came in 2 people after us was checking out from the girl who was racking up our hefty bill? I know you get busy, but if we're spending money please treat us as such. We went up the road to Earl's, much better variety there and service.

Been living in the area for short of 4 months. Only 2 weeks ago stumbled onto Roots. I'll admit their smaller then some competitors; but they have quality "goods". Kayak's NYC Diesel crumble was super tasty thru my nectar collector, picked up 8th of Tarzann +8th of Bubbas Gift on my trek and the staff threw in a complimentary trucker hat. Today i grabbed Purple OG Honest Blunts @ 30% off, 6 Hemp wrapped baby blunts & HotDaym do they pack a wallop! Safe to say Roots Rd Rewards program will "Pay it's dividends" during my tenure

Horrible experience. It is a shame that people can be so evil and corrupt. My friend went in there and purchased product and accidentally dropped an item of hers on the counter. We finished up our shopping and left. She realized the item she had dropped was missing so we decided to go back in to see if the employees retrieved it. The employees denied finding anything when we went back inside. We asked kindly if they could check the cameras because other customers had been in there at the same time. A young blonde girl said yes and she went to check. The young boy working, named Julien, was very defensive and said for us not to go bear the screen to see the camera. I was looking though over my shoulder and the blonde girl was NOT looking at the cameras. She was flicking through white screens. At this point I'm picking up very negative and shady vibes. Then the boss comes up, a short Caucasian woman with long black\brown hair, she immediately gets defensive because the young boy asked her to save him, literally. She said, very nastily and WITHOUT checking the cameras, that we need to leave and they dont have it "obviously". We just asked them to check the cameras...so we left. The next week we went back because my friend insists that she needs points. I WOULD NEVER HAVE CAME BACK TO THEAE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I drive her back and she then gets kicked out by the same manager because she said word for word " I'm not dealing with you" ...We did nothing...this is such a horrible and evil place. I will NEVER come here for anything. To cover up an evil act performed by your employees...as a manager youre suppose to discipline your employees and teach them. Very horrible people here. I will never give them my business again. And it was my FRIEND that was taken advantage of!
