I love this place. Genuinely, it's one of the most amazing stores I've ever visited. The people here are first class; they're knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Being an introvert, it's generally hard for me to ask questions and talk about a product. Not here. These people make you feel right at home. Their concentrate selection is easily best in the area. Believe me, I've been to every dispensary in the area and Roots Rx Eagle-Vail blows everyone else away with great prices and incredible variety. Their weekly deals are also a steal. I certainly take advantage of their Wax Wednesdays. If you're a local, take advantage of their rewards program and collect those delicious points which earn you money off future purchases. Another super sweet perk.If you're looking for the best dispensary, whether you're just visiting the area or are a resident, please try this place. No other will ever feel right again.

Was in a few days ago and had an amazing experience. Amanda was my budtender, she's freaking awesome and hilarious, like I made a new best friend haha. So informative and helpful, an atypical experience. She hooked it up with top shelf flower that was 🔥🔥🔥. Highly recommend this place, small spot but lots of options! Great atmosphere.

The best budtenders around! No matter who is serving you at RootsRx, you’ll have one of the best trained and customer friendly people in the cannabis industry. These budtenders always know the best product to fill your specific need and are well versed in everything cannabis. This welcoming environment is why Roots is the only dispensary I go to.

I always have nothing but the best experience with Roots Rx. They always have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, I was able to go through the entire concentrate selection and smell each one, which was really cool because I really enjoy picking my product based largely around the smell and value. They had a monster concentrate selection and the budtender I was talking to walked me through everything and we picked the best ones. You also will be hard-pressed to find a better deal on bud in Colorado. Most eighths are about $32 and they keep an awesome and up-to-date selection of top quality buds. It really doesn't stop there with Roots Rx though, because honestly they had a fantastic selection of just about anything you can dream up for a pot shop to have. Probably my favorite thing about Roots Rx and always has been, is that they never seem to be super busy. There is always a budtender available (or very shortly) and they do not rush customers at all. They do such a great job answering all questions and concerns, and making sure you leave 100% happy and ready to enjoy what you picked up :)

Roots Rx used to be my go to place for good deals on bud. However last time I went in I used their online order ahead program. Big mistake. They had some deathstar available for like $80 a zip. Ordered one. Get home and look at the weed and it was bar far the worst weed I have ever seen in Colorado. Didnt look or smell good, and was full of stems. Back in Indiana we have a term for this quality of bud, either "shwag" or "mids." Throw my bag of stems on my scale and my "ounce" only weighed 27.35 grams. Feels like being in Indiana all over, buy an ounce, turns out to be mids, and you get shorted.

I visited Roots Rx for the first time today, and It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and and knowledgeable. My budtender Danny was able to lead me in the right direction for my budget, and teach me a few things along the way. I must say I was thoroughly pleased with the prices, service, and the product. The people are amazingly friendly and extremely helpful, but the product I received was embarrassingly sub par for what I would have expected from a place where recreational cannabis is legal. I realize that's not the fault of the location, but more so the supplier. Northern lights and fruity pebbles smoked so harsh I had to resort to what I brought from home. 1 cent joints were rapped so tight they wouldn't smoke and the same with the pack of prerolled glass apple. Will not be returning to this location next time I'm in Vail.

This place is awesome friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the product the waiting area is a little odd to me but you have to make do with the space allowed lol! The biggest thing is that they had a concentrate El Sol Labs for awhile but stopped carrying it for some reason so I have to go to Fraser to pick it up at Silver Stem which sucks hopefully they start carrying it again so I don't have to drive anymore lol!
