I didn’t have very much knowledge about any of the products before I went in the shop. Once we were in there, Bren was SO helpful! She knew about every product they sold, and she was so happy to help us. The shop was so clean, they offer just about anything you could think of, and easy to get to: right off the highway. I totally recommend this place, and I can’t wait to go back next time.

Love this place, we left feeling happy and well cared for with the wonderful service we received. The owner and his wife were so helpful and explained so much. The girls who work there are just wonderful and very patient. I have already told 2 people about this store & we left there just an hour ago. So glad to have found it. Great atmosphere, great prices, lovely lighting and a very clear display, our favorite for sure

Love this place. really outstanding customer service. I am new to vaping and they have been very patient helping me out! The prices are good too...they include the tax in the price so you know up front what your total will be. worth the extra miles to drive. been to many dispensaries including San Diego county over the years and glad I finally found one that is a good fit for me!

That “House weed” is dank!! Purple punch hits!! They grow it up north themselves it was impressive for being the house brand ! I thought this shop was going to be like most with extremely high prices... HOWEVER.. they had a great selection and variety of prices for EVERYTHING.. It was amazing! STAFF IS THE BEST!!! clean setup and very wide selection of meds. Most importantly they are legally set up so taxes are already included which is great! we know this place will be around for awhile. Great job Palm Royal

Came here a few days back for some edibles and both of the bud tender ladies were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and gave me their honest opinions when asked. Overall this place is very conveniently located and with the green lights surrounding it at night it helps to find it 💚 will be recommending to friends

Bren, Kathleen and all the staff at Palm Royale are awesome!!! They have a wide variety for selection and are very knowledgeable about their products; flower, vapes, bath soaks, you name it. They always have great products on special and the price includes the tax!! They carry the Marley Natural products and they are really great; especially the Aphrodite strain. The staff is very welcoming and helpful to all your medicinal and recreational needs. We drive in about 100 miles from Blythe just to go to Palm Royale. Bren and Kathleen are always awesome!!! I was finally able to stop by and go in and it was amazing they got so much of EVERYTHING! Don ,Blake , Katrina and the entire staff are unbelievable they helped me narrow my search for the perfect strain I recommend palm royal collective to all my friends and family it’s seriously worth the drive if u live in Indio like me can’t beat these prices man. Love it. Keep it up guys!!!

First I would like to thank Palm Royal for going above and beyond my expectations today when I had informed their staff I had misplaced my CDL Identification and inquired if it was in fact at the dispensary. The owner is hands on, the bud tenders know how to make you feel welcome and have extensive 1st hand experience and knowledge of Cannabis. If there is a strain or brand you prefer and they don’t carry it, they will try and get it in stock for you. 5 stars, without a doubt!

Ive been coming to this place pretty much since its opened, and ive never been disappointed. They have a wide selection of high quality products at awesome prices. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, i tried their delivery option, and i was very satisfied with the whole process. The driver, JT, kept me up to date throughout the whole thing. Keep up the great work PRC!

First time here a few weeks back and forgot to leave a review...are you really surprised??? Brehn helped me and she was fantastic! She was honest with me about some of the product's that weren't her favorite which is really nice. Usually I find, in my experience, bud tenders really could careless what they're pushing. Brehn was helpful, knowledgeable and got me in and out. I will be back this afternoon for my second visit!🔥🌲😁
