The reason for the one star is because the man/security person who was checking people in today around noon. Apparently has never seen or dealt with someone with a State of California Medical Marijuana Identification Card. He told me in order to take the card, I would have to have a doctor referral. WHAT ??!!!! The doctor already sent the referral to the state of California that's why I have the card. He told me I could buy, but under recreational. So I took my driver license my California medical card and went to PS Organic Solution of the Desert where they're VERY familiar with the State of California Medical Marijuana ID card. Also, Desert Finest in Desert Hot Springs gives priority to people who have the Medical State Card. This is sad/upsetting when dealing with people who have no clue :/ So, FYI - Desert Organic Solutions, the doctor referral goes to the state of California, once approve, we pick our medical card at our county office.

What a waste of time, gas, and expectations...I called to ensure they had my item too, told they did. They didn't. At least we supported Chevron and wasted some gas...oh, and waited 45 minutes.They made ZERO effort to make it right. Just excuses. I wish you luck if you stop in...godspeed. Buahahaha!!

Stopped in and picked up what was supposed to be a gram of shatter for $45, when I opened it it was a 1/2 gram of wax smeared and flattened onto some wax paper!? I've bought lots of shatter at well over 20 different places and this was by far the worst experience ever, because it wasn't even shatter and there was barely anything even there, for almost $50, when I opened it I just felt so ripped off I wanted to cry! :(

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! SHADY PEOPLE WORK HERE. ******THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO DELETE MY REVIEW ON WEEDMAPS AND LEAFLY TO COVER THEIR TRACKS. *******A formal complaint will be filed with the State of California for patient abandonment. They refuse to allow a customer with a verifiable medical marijuana PHOTO ID license, with original doctor written recommendation. They are EXTREMELY RUDE & EVEN HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS.

I purchased a Flow Kana eighth and the flower was stale. The flower smelled like hay, was brittle, brown, and had giant stems. Maybe this was an organic product that was on the shelf for too long or exposed to heat but I won't be buying this brand again. DOS should have done a quality inspection and removed those inferior quality flowers from the menu.

I'm new to a lot of this OK... Well most of it! lol -I like most that go there are seriously sick and the ladies that work there help me decide what I should get according to my illnesses ( I JUST WISH THEY KEEP CHARTS ON THEIR PATIENTS) other than that, I just have to keep my own chart on which medication's I buy from spray to wax to flowers and edibles and which works/worked the BEST for me and my little income. Thank you Dessert Organic Solutions; I'm so glad your so nice and help me and that you are the closest medical office to me as I reside in Yucca Valley. I've done delivery dispensaries and only once I was nervous being female and a man I don't know coming into my home/plus I can't see all they have in stock so I'm not comfortable buying what I can't see and smell and I like to pick from 3-5 strains and I hate wax made with butane...I like it organic like the name says😊, stinks Yucca Valley didn't pass to open clinics for us sick people of all ages up here😓 .Just seen you all and I'll be back real soon 😉 stay educated ( I need you to be😊👍I agree with Max Morris. All i got was a little grinder, I'm aware it's donations but roll up to and middle shelf joints.... Even if it came down to it ....shake is way better than a plastic flying saucer grinder.💜Sonja

I had a terrible first time experience, so therefore I would not recommend the drive or the Collective.First time patient , she offered no first time patient anything, then when questioned offered up a carmel or grinder, WOW....Walked Out...So many great places in Town, not worth the time, trouble or drive.Seriously ,an unbelievable horrible experience overall...
