There is no way a new retailer can be successful without good customer services in. I was in today with a cartridge that made me cough. This is the only cartridge that has had this effect on me. Manager said he could not return it because he would be charged $80 which by the way that is what I paid for I will never shop there again. In marketing we say this loud and clear It takes 40 good reference to equal 1 complaint We could have traded out but they would not.
