The people at Bud’s are the best. This cleaner went above and beyond in helping me when I experienced a flood in my home recently. The day after the flood I loaded up rugs, towels and linens In garbage bags and they laundered and cleaned everything to perfection. I then took over 9 decorative sofa pillows that were stained and what I though were not salvageable. I finally moved backed into my home last week and went to pick up the pillows. To my surprise they were on hangers and had been cleaned to perfection. I will continue to recommend Bud’s to everyone. It’s so unusual anymore to find a business who cares and they definitely care for their customers.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Ruined my brand new shirt that cost me $120 and when I got it back I explained to them that they messed up the shirt, and I want it fixed. They lied straight to my face and told me that they don’t know what I am talking about and they didn’t do anything! it didn’t look like that before I gave it to them, and the shirt was brand new.Had a bad feeling about something happening so I learned to always take pictures of my garments before I get them dry cleaned, and at the time I even had pictures of it before I gave it to them and tried showing them but they didn’t want to see the pictures.Horrible place to do business, and to get your dry cleaning done!They have zero customer service and are liars!!

I work in the Roseville a couple of times a week, and I decided to try this place for the first time about a month ago. I brought a white dress of mine that had some stains that no other dry cleaner’s had ever been able to remove. I was really impressed when I went to pick my dress. It was completely white and they had removed all the stains and the price was great too. The staff is very friendly, and they only took a couple of days to clean the dress. I am definitely coming back!

Just moved to Roseville and needed some uniforms pressed and looking sharp. Normally I would iron myself but I wanted to see if dry cleaners were worth the money. Two uniforms were $36!!! And it took a week. Ok kinda pricey but when I got the uniforms back they didn't even stand up to my home ironed set. I asked them about it and apparently the uniform I brought in wont take starch.....what? Needless to say I had my faith in dry cleaners crushed, until last week I figured I'd give it one more try and took it to the cleaners down the street. $18 and ready in two days. Picked them up and was amazed, creases are thoroughly starched and look crisp and sharp. So I found my favorite new place. I wouldn't recommend Buds for uniforms but maybe they are great for other things...hopefully.
