EDIT :Visiting several times before, I decided to go to Russland again.The staff were different than before and looked very angry..My friend tried to get to the toilet and got told to go back to the queue (we were there, trying yo buy some merchandise).The person at the till created a problem, telling my friend off and further kicking him out of the shop when we simply asked for a toilet. He didnt even ATTEMPT to listen!We simply were disturbed by the service... We asked if he realises that he cant talk to customers like that...He actually made a comment on our appearance as he kicked us out of the shop, followed by his colleague apologising and leading us out of the shop....Obviously - I will not attend Russland again after visiting multiple times through my trips to Amsterdam multiple times a year.....Seriously disturbing. (Description : tall blonde young guy at the reception).

As a several time visitor to Amsterdam I'd always meant to go to Rusland before. I'd walked past numerous times and as part of my trips to Amsterdam generally include my brother leaving from there to go to Russia with work it's odd that we'd never tried Rusland before.Already fully laden and walking past we decided to stop in for a coffee and to check the menu and the like.Some of the edibles sounded really nice. The Red Velvet in particular.Sat downstairs next to the giant computer game table and had fun trying not to activate the touch screen with the steel ashtrays.Decent enough place, would come again next time I'm in the vicinity.

TVs and seating if you can get a spot, product seems ok, but the staff were really rude.I asked politely when there were no customers waiting if someone could clean the table/ take the rubbish and ash everywhere, and his response was if I was joking and he started complaining he was busy as if it was my fault for asking.I know it's a bit of a few tourist trap so they have a huge footfall and turnover, but there's also no reason to be an a-hole.Needless to say cleaned it ourselves.

Wouldn't recommend this place, staff were rude as soon as we came in put our bags down and the guy who was at the counter tall GRU despicable me lookalike has no customer service skills at all looks like he hates being there also the downstairs smoking room smelted of urine coming from the toilets better coffeeshops in Amsterdam will give this one a miss next time we are here. No vibes rubbish customer service

This place is slightly off the main area of stores but that is what makes it awesome. Smoking room is clean, comfortable with nice big TVs and air conditioning. Staff there we really nice too and I hope this place never changes.Finally quality of smoke here is great. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Coffee Shop Rusland. Don't bother with this place! They are not friendly!I was walking past this place. Thought I buy a cup of tea and have a smoke. There were 4 other customers in the shop, so they were not busy. But they wanted me to buy the weed from them as well which is not the way it should be. So I then walked out and they lost the sale of a cup of tea. so for me the first impression of Rusland Coffee Shop is not good and i would not go there ever again.For a good friendly coffee shop with air con I recommend coffee Shop Solo which has a good selection of excellent stuff!

Its just a bit expensive. We find where the midium price was ~11 for really good stuff. So here for quite good but really teasty weed we need to pay ~15 but it's the City Center. For someone who don't care how much he need to pay 10/10. You can sit outside, inside on - 0,5floor, - 0floor and +0,5floor so is here a lot of place. At - 0,5 is smoking lounge with 2 TV's to watch sport

This was the last coffee shop we visited before leaving Amsterdam. It was worth it!Lovely bud, nice hot choc and a chilled yet clean vibe.

Not that good anymore. The staff became bit rude (at least a short guy behind the bar today). I used to come here every time I travel to Amsterdam but now there are many rules in this coffee shop. You can only sit if you buy a gram not a single joint, you can't pay card and you have to order FIRST something to smoke and then drinks. All of this explained by this guy who has a strong lack of communication skills. It's a pity, it was my favourite coffee shop in Amsterdam.

€50 Euros for a gram of Dutch cali weed haha absolute joke. Was told i was not allowed to drink bottled water?? and had to buy a drink if i wanted to sit in after just buying 4g of amnesia between 4 people.The tall guy was rude aswell as the skinny bloke. You couldnt pay me to set foot in there again. There Cali weed is awful guys and a massive rip off.Cheers Rusland i wont be returning
