Feedback:
Morgan is fabulous as our PA, but the office staff really needs to work on their organization skills. Anything that requires follow up for work outside of an office visit is non-existent. I have had to coordinate any referrals needed from this office and it has taken way too long for specialist referrals, meds , ect. Its Billing has sent me to collections multiple times before I even get a bill. That is an office management problem. I hope Dr. Solkovits can hire an office manager who can do their job. And train their staff to follow up on any referrals, prior auths, etc.

I've been seeing dr solkovitz for almost 20 years. The wait time has gotten ridiculous, I've waited every time I've been there. The wait issue is progressively getting worse. Today I injured my ankle, just so happened I had an appointment today to refill a prescription, I was told they could not see me for an ankle injury and a prescription refill at the same time. I went to a local clinic and ended up 15 minutes late to my prescription refill appointment. I was told they could not see me now as i hobble in on crutches. Extremely frustrating!!!

Had gone here for years for my daughter. In the last 2 weeks no one calls back or makes contact in regards to her care. She is on a medication that she cannot be out of and dangerous to stop cold turkey. Been calling for 2 weeks along with pharmacy faxing refill request. ZERO RESPONSE. Today I called pharmacy AGAIN to get update and was told DR finally responded to have patient call office. Hello? I have been calling like at least 6 times already. I have no idea what happened to the quality of care here but it has gone down hill in the last month.

Dr. Solkovits has been seeing my daughter since she was born. He is AMAZING! His front office staff however are extremely rude. Especially the office manager, Jessica. We are switching our daughters to a different office. After nine months of the front office staff being condescending AND being verbally attacked by the office manager, we decided to go to a more personable, caring office. It's unfortunate that a back office staff can be amazing but the front office can ruin the whole atmosphere. There is an assistant named Lauren there who is so friendly and will be missed. We will also miss the two male assistants who are so great with our kids. After reading a few reviews on FB/Google and talking to a few people who go there, I've noticed there's a mutual feeling about the front office being unsatisfactory which is unfortunate.

I'm not a super on the ball person, so I was understanding of their oversights, forgetfulness. Even though it was without fail for them to not call me with results of tests, not schedule necessary appointments, not give me lab sheets/instructions they needed done. Two weeks after my last CT scan, I finaly called them for results. They said, continue with medication, eat a no sugar, no carb diet and Dr will get back to you. I wasn't on medication! Dr never got back with me. Even with insurance my Dr and lab bills became overwhelming, unmanageable. I understood they needed to send me to collections, I understood they wouldn't see me while I had an unpaid balance. My healthcare was put on hold. When I called to pay the bill, I was told I could no longer be a patient there even if bill was paid. Well Good Job team. I guess I should thank them for doing me a favor. It's not a fluke, not something I'm doing, or bad luck, it's consistent. I have a family member who also goes to this office and is consistently experiencing the same.

By far the best doctors office in Redding. I have been with this office since I was born for every medical issue I have had. I see Andrew Solkovits. The staff is so comforting and helpful when it comes to absolutely anything, I've had complications as well as referrals that took a while but they never got impatient with me and always helped me! Highly recommend them if you want the best medical care you can get!
