Willow Garden Floral Design created a beautiful flower arrangement for my niece's middle-school promotion. I ordered the bouquet online during the evening, and requested the bouquet to be delivered the next day. The floral arrangement and balloon were delivered about an hour after the store opened the following day. My 8th grade niece loved the flowers and balloon. Thank you.

Was delivered when promised and very pretty. The arrangement received was quite sparse compared to the picture shown. Adding something to the picture stating that the deluxe option was pictured or something would have helped. I would have upgraded my purchase to higher amount to know I got what was pictured. Other than that it was great. The recipient love them and that was why they were sent. Thank you!

Delivery was on time and they followed the instructions. I got this bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and she adored it. She said it was one of the most beautiful bouquets she's received. It's hard finding good floral companies since I live out of state from her and can't see them myself, but I think I found my new go-to place for all my floral gift needs in California.

I stopped in to find something for my mother who was in the hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a fresh-cut flower arrangement in a unique pot that was completely different than what I had originally planned on. I am delighted to say that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and my mom was very proud to have the prettiest flowers on her entire floor!

Very disappointed with service. Had a memorial for my 25 yr old niece. Asked for green and purple balloons and to be at the church by 1:00. They arrived as we were starting the service at 2 and the balloons were green and blue. I called to say I was very disappointed. I thought Janal would at least take off half the price of the blue balloons. But no. So I spent $62 for the wrong balloons and they were late. I very disappointed with this florist.
