Would have given zero stars but unfortunately they dont give you that option. Placed my first order, not sure if I did it right. and when I texted to ask they requested my name an then never responded. I thought okay it must have went through since it was giving me a delivery time. And low an behold been 3 hours an nothing. Now I can't order to recieve my medicine anywhere else because they are all closed . Horrible customer service and more unneeded stress put on to someone who needs there medication. Shame on this store

4+ hours and no sign of delivery. CSR was really nice over text and the excuses were good ones. However, communication is key. Why wait until I ask ‘what’s up’ after four hours of waiting to tell me they are running behind?? How about letting me decide to wait until hell freezes over to receive my order? Not have me make contact to give me the reasons why they aren’t even close to delivering my order. I’m in pain. I was willing to give them a shot. I was wrong. And I noticed all the good reviews are from people who walk in. Perhaps delivery shouldn’t be an option with this establishment.

Im going to be one of those that says, i wish i could put no stars but then i wouldnt beable to leave a review....today as a last resort i ordered through empire wellness regardless of how expensive it looked. they texted me and told me ok it will be a 3-5 hour wait. then decided not to let me know that they couldnt make it out. i was just ignored but told me they can offer me 15% percent off next time when i called to ask about it......no. just walk to the dispensary. a different one than this one.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE TO DRIVER.....I/WE ORDERED ONLINE (@WEEDMAPS) FOR A 1/2 .. TOTAL BEIN 92.38... NOW I UNDERSTAND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TAXES N ALL THAT ... BUT I WAS OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT APPLIED WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISED THROUGH THE WEBSITE & COMPANY... SO WHEN THE DRIVER CAME MY FIANCE WENT TO PICK IT UP.. THE LADY DRIVER TOLD US THAT IT WAS $91.08 SO OUR DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED... (NOT) THEN I HAD TO ARGUE (IN THE COLD OUTSIDE) FOR 10 MINS BETWEEN THE RUDE FEMALE DRIVER AND THE MANAGER(S) AT THE STORE FOR THEM TO FINALLY AGREE TO 15% OFF. WHY GO THROUGH ALL THAT TROUBLE WHEN THE PERSON(S) YOU'RE DEALING WITH HAVE HEART ISSUES. THATS NOT OKAY. YOU DIDNT CONSIDER ONCE TO TRY N MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER UNTIL I SAID I WAS GOING TO CONTACT HIGHER UPS TO SHOW THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND RUDE SERVICE.. WHY MUST YOU POINT OUT OBVIOUS ISSUES N SOME MAY SAY THREATEN THE TRUTH TO PEOPLE TO MAKE THINGS GO RIGHT? IT JUST UPSETS ME THAT RESPECT/TRUTH TO FACTS HAVE TO BE FORCED RATHER THEN ENFORCED!!

i would give this place zero stars if i could. i waited 3 hours for my medicine to arrive. finally they get here and the lady doesnt know how to use there new payment system. So after sitting outside for 30 min and she cant figure it out i was left with im sorry and we can do this tomorrow. just wow i finally called the store and was told yeah we can do a discount no i just want my medicine. I run a restaurant and customer service is number one. if my employees treated my customers as they did they would noonger be with the company. i will never use these people again and will contact the better business Bureau and channel 7 news on your side. im home l re ft hurting and dont want anyone else to have to go through what i did tonight

This is the best dispensary that I frequent. They have a huge variety of options. Their staff is always ready to help with a smile, and proper knowledge on different strains and types of product. When I walk in, I am always greeting in a kind and welcoming manner. I appreciate this company. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop in. They have good prices, and amazing customer service.

Tried this dispensary while out of town with the whole premise of they accept credit cards and they we're supposed to be having 15% that day. Not only did they did not give me the 15% off they didn't offer any 1st time patient perk and yeah they accept credit cards... Lol they charge 5 fee which is fine but they fail to tell you they put an additional 2$ seperate charge they never have you sign for. High way robbers. I will never go here again. Btw the edibles were weak and lame. Go elsewhere.

I mainly order for delivery which is absolutely fantastic. They have a huge menu. I think more then most places. A little disappointed last Tim I went in person. I know the lady at the counter was trying to be helpful. She suggested a disposable pen, which personally for me it is convenient and discreet which I really love. Only thing is she said it has about 180 hits in it, I just want to say I only use it once a day, no more than twice a day. Lasted me a maximum of 2 weeks. If you do the math, that's nowhere near 180 hits. Anyway, my overall experience here has always been great. Great menu and best of all one of few places that delivers and for me that is of importance. Thank you Empire.

DO NOT USE THE ATM MACHINE THERE.... I used it for the first time of even going to the store and they ended up charging my card 2x!!!! THEN THEY WANT TO TELL ME I HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LONG PROCESS TO GET MY MONEY BACK, that’s crazy you were real quick to take it out but getting it back is a process!!!! That’s not ok with me!!!! BEWARE OF THE DOUBLE CHARGE TAKE CASH WITH YOU!!!!

Beautifully laid out and full of incredibly kind and helpful people. Usually there is zero wait to be served, but when there is a wait it is always very brief and they provide very comfortable couches to relax on. Clean, bright, great service and product choices and I highly recommend!It does require cash only, but they provide an ATM inside. Security is present and it definitely feels very safe. Staff is super knowledgeable. Very wide selection of product available.
