My doctor was Dr. Majors, unfortunately he moved to Northern California now so I’m very sad to see him go. Dr. Majors performed radio frequency ablation on my lower back due to spinal stenosis.It took no longer than an injection would’ve of steroids, Cortisone or whatever. He told me that I can get up to 16 months of relief, and I didn’t believe him because I’ve had radio frequency ablation on my lateral femoral nerve and it only lasted 4 months every time. I should have put my trust in Dr. Majors because I got about 18 months of pain relief when he performed radio frequency ablation (RFA) on my back, and I was able to drive MYSELF home 15 minutes later.WHOO HOO.

Great customer service with knowledgeable staff. Dr. Moon is my primary doctor under pain management from a work related injury. The doc is really good with communication skills--explains very thoroughly with facts on a personal focus. My Physical Assistant, "Kevin" is a great guy who's very passionate, attentive and patient. Diagnosed with Chronic Back Pain Syndrome, I visit monthly to receive my written prescriptions--opioids. Nice to know with confidences they have my back covered--literally.

Horrible service .... rude staff charges $25 dollars to fill out disability paperwork and leaves it sit around for 2 weeks lying to patients about it being sent out ... paperwork only needed to be signed by doctor and still took a week and staff lied when we called to ask if it was sent out ...to find out it wasnt ...honeslty they dont even deserve 1 star awful establishment will not reccomend this place to anyone even if they are dying in pain 👎👎👎👎

I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff here at Pain Care of San Diego! Dr. Song is very knowledgeable about what exercises will best suit your medical condition and needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure you strengthen your body so you can have a better quality of life. Any concerns you may have he makes sure to address them immediately and if theres any research involved into getting that answer whether it's getting on the phone to give you the answer you need. He will go out of his way to get you that answer. Hes very passionate at what he does and ultimately wants the best outcome for your overall success in this program. I was honored to have him and his staff treat me and for that I will always be grateful. The awesome physical therapy staff is also amazing. Natalie,Riz,Randy are extremely knowledgeable on giving the proper techniques to all exercises so that you gain strength and mobility. They too will go above and beyond to make sure your as comfortable and well taking care of. Thank you so much guys!! Dr Sabina Sehgal wow what can I say about you. You are so caring so compassionate and you really love what you do. You captivate the attention of the patient with your love and knowledge. I am extremely greatful to have met you and had the pleasure of speaking with you one on one. From the bottom of my heart i just really want to say thank you to Dr. Sehgal, Dr.Song as well as Dr. Moon for being there in my time of need I truly thank each and everyone of you!! I have been coming to Pain Care of SD now for about 6 weeks. Since the first day I have visited them they have been an awesome group of people to work with. Dr’s and message therapists have been great and knowledgeable with my specific problem. I have seen major improvements in my pain and would highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering with body pain.

I'm coming here for PT for my neck. In the short few weeks I've been seeing them, I already feel a million percent better. Both Yadria's magic hands and Dr. Song's intuitive adjustments have allowed me to be pain free for the first time in a long time. Now on to Dr. Saluta's PT expertise to strengthen the structural corrections we have made. Happy Me.

From the staff to Dr.'s It was a great 8 weeks. I couldnt walk very far without pain, shortness of breath when I started.Paincare taught me what I needed so I could walk. The FRP program is 1 that workers comp should send people to first. This FRP program encompasses everything from strengthening, nutritional needs, vocational skills, to therapy. I really have to say THANKS to Paincare Clinic for maybe not getting totally rid of my pain but I am learning how to deal cope and Function as a person again.

I been a patient of Pain Care of San Diego for 10 years. I love this practice. Its so awesome to have my physical therapist and pain Dr together for continual collaboration. I've thought of changing to a therapist and Dr closer to my house, but I know I would not get the kind of caring consistency that I get at Pain Care of San Diego. I love Dr Song, he has been my go to for all my surgery related issues and problems throughout the years. His caring work ethic is really rare to find in a medical practioner. I highly recommend this practice.
