Very irresponsible worker.Some of them even don’t care about other time.Don’t do their job on time.The worker told me be at the waiting place and they will call you with # after 20 minutes no one call... more

This is the worst office in the USA!!!Every time I submitted anything it won’t work! No one helps! I moved from 92105 the first thing the did the cute me 300 of the cal fresh with no reason I tried to understand why!! They didn’t explain or help !!!Every time I renew their is issued!Now they cut it also for no reason when I’m already taking EDD !!!!

Every time I come here the female staffs are always being rude. I had one female worker laugh at the fact that I was unemployed while I was talking to another worker about getting EBT. Then she went in the back room and told another female co-worker. That other co-worker opened the door looked at me went back inside and both of them started laughing smfh. I've had multiple bad situations but that was the worse incident out of them all

County needed verification of my bank statement. Paid six dollars to have bank send me statements. After getting statements in August, mailed them then to county. Called Acess 10 days later to make sure they got statements Waiting on the phone for over an hour finally someone answered and told me the county got the statements 9/16/2019. Today, Oct. 10th I receive forms to verify my bank statements. Wish the medi - cal worker knew how to use the computer, they would find the statements there.

The employees whom are being paid by my taxes aren't willing to lift a finger to help me cancel a medi-cal policy that was supposably already cancelled in October of 2016. I tried to get a private healthcare plan during open enrollment and was denied. Medi-cal sent Kaiser a notice stating that I cannot receive coverage due to my existing coverage with Medi-cal. I have not had access to any Medi-cal or any other health care coverage since the last quarter of 2016... It's first quarter 2018!!!
