I had never had acupuncture before coming to San Diego Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture, but now I know I'll continue to incorporate it into my health regime for the rest of my life. What a difference it makes! Over the months, I have been treated for digestion motility, pain, and anxiety, and acupuncture always helps. Veronika is a very knowledgeable, professional practitioner who is always kind, patient and compassionate--she's amazing. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might make it more difficult to get an appointment. :)

I've been seeing Kyle for a little over a month and my knee is healed up. I have major knee issues to where I couldn't walk down a flight of stairs without stopping it hurt so bad. I went to a regular doctor and got an X-Ray and MRI and the doctor brushed me off and said I was fine. I told him clearly I'm not fine since I'm here. He gave me some cream and just sent me on my way. I decided to try Acupuncture and seriously amazing. Kyle figured out what was happening with my knee and worked really hard on fixing it. This isn't an over night treatment but the results are incredible and I highly recommend it. Kyle sat with me and actually talked to me like a normal human being and not just a quick patient to get rid off. I don't want to make this too much of an essay so here's my end note; I recommend Kyle 1,000% and if you have any issues to give this place a try.

I have been visiting Veronika Reznova for acupuncture for about a year now and could not say enough good things about her and the benefits acupuncture have had on my life! I was hesitant to try acupuncture at first as I work in a hospital with primarily Western medicine, but now that I see the benefits it has had for me I will continually use it throughout my life. I originally went in for shoulder pain which has now resolved, thanks to acupuncture. Through treatment Veronika has also helped my overall wellbeing by balancing my hormones as I worked night shift which increased my energy and improved my mental health. She has helped minimize my pain from endometriosis and has given me back the vitality to do the activities I love! Also to note, my immune system has strengthened with acupuncture. I used to get sick with colds or the flu multiple times a year but have not been sick this past year. She takes your whole lifestyle into account and helps develop the best plan of care for you. She is really great at what she does and I wholeheartedly recommend her and acupuncture!

As someone who was always curious about acupuncture but had never tried it, and having family members who are western medicine practioners RAVE about acupuncture, I knew there had to be something to it. After a particularly stressful day, I decided to try it by booking an appointment with Dr. Jaz. This was about 7 months ago, and it's safe to say I am hooked. I am prone to anxiety and stress, and of course mild aches and pains, and I can only say that Dr. Jaz has been a godsend to me, and I feel about 1000x lighter after leaving her office. She's kind, caring, warm, and always readily available with tips and advice.

Dr. Jaz and her team at San Diego Herbal Medicine are PHENOMENAL! I run a fitness company here in SD and am a big believer in natural medicine. I'm always looking for ways to help my clients improve their health IQ and am always confident in recommending these guys to my clients. In addition to acupuncture, massage & chiropractic [and more] they have an outstanding herbal pharmacy [one of only a few in San Diego] packed wall to wall with Chinese herbs. Kyle was absolutely amazing, very kind and professional, he explained what he was doing as he was doing it giving me so much comfort and assurance that I was (literally) in good hands. Within one session I was 80% recovered from a sever neck strain that had plagued me for over a week. I will definitely be returning and will definitely bring my girlfriend as well

I have been seeing Kyle Sanders for my chronic hip pain from a fall off a horse in high school, his combination of Acupuncture and resistance stretching has given me back the pep in my step! Kyle is a very compassionate and intuitive person who made me feel immediately comfortable even though I was new to acupuncture. I would highly recommend Kyle! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

Veronika is simply amazing! I have been seeing her for my acupuncture treatment and she is the best! My anxiety, sleep and knee injury have all improved since I started seeing her. She always asks me about my symptoms at each session and works on improving my overall health. I would highly recommend. I am also on a herbal formula for sleep and anxiety that was given to me by Ram-he is also great! I have definitely noticed a different in my everyday lifestyle. THANK YOU! :)
