In a spectacular example of why I'm leaving California, today I was told I can't take care of this ticket because the date is 10/29... Today is 10/15. I explained that I'll be leaving the state soon but, because the donut eatin' MFer that gave me this I can't! So, on 10/30 when there's a warrant for me they won't care that made this attempt. I understand that setting up speed traps is a hard job but hey, how about doing your G D paperwork too?!?!?

My ex and I have agreed to terminate his paying spousal support since it has been over 30 years. I downloaded a sample amendment to divorce decree and tried to find out how to proceed. Does it need notarized? Does it need to be filed with the court? If so, what are the fees? I could not find any information by Googling or via the Court website. So I tried to call, long story on how that went but once I actually got a real person to talk to, they didn't know the answer to my simple question and I was told I would have to go in person to the court and talk to a facilitator. Grr... tax payers should get better service than this.

I set up a payment plan with my judge since I moved out of state with a citation. He accepted my request but I got no further information on my payment plan, not sure if it’s common sense that you only get a 3 day grace period for late payments I thought it was standard 15. I usually pay early but this month I had to stretch and didn’t go over 5 days, or even into the next month, before calling in to pay my balance. The day I was ready to put extra down for a late payment was the same day they had already sent it in to collections. Thanks.

Just attended their divorce paper workshop and filed the paperwork. The facilitator, Jesus, made the workshop very efficient and easy with clear explanations and precise answers to questions. Good sense of humor too! He even reviewed our paperwork and helped file the paperwork right after the workshop! The clark who accepted the paperwork was very courteous too. They made the beginning of my new life very pleasant and happy!!!

Horrible place it destroys family’s specially the mediator instead of help you they are against you mediator Amy Belanger won’t even let me talk in my appointment she gave all the right to my ex husband just because he had a military uniform and this is not the first time I hear that another girl was crying outside the court because her recomendación was to take her daughter away while breastfeeding as well as taking mine away even tho my kid wants to be with me and she is suicidal because she can’t see me anymore I never been arrested I have a stable home and job and my daughter was taken from me I will not rest and my daughter until they make justice and stop separating families !

Aye yo I've been calling since the courthouse opened up at 8 been on hold. it now 10:30 never pick up the phone always on hold got disconnected twice both my house phone and my cell phone died. they should at least let you know what order you're in for your call to be picked up. Wasted tax dollars wasted time and you probably lost my ticket I can't pay online. Trying to figure out what the hell you did with my case cuz I can't find it at all online or when I go to the courthouse but I know you're going to hit me with that $300 fine and send it to collections if I dont pay. Is there a way I can sue for the trials and tribulations of just trying to pay a fine? Y'all make it impossible and then add collections when y'all don't get ur money in a timely matter. Negative 5 stars if able to. Had to put a star just to give a bad review!

The California justice system is so crooked they pretend to be trying to help but they are not trying to help at all. I got arrested for a bogus charge had to post $100,000 Bali thinking I would get it back and after seeing my attorney I found out I would not be getting it back and due to the el cajon police lying up on the witness stand about everything they didn't see I was offered 15 days in jail once again for a crime I never actually committed, nor did I ever intend on committing. Not only that I was convicted for a DUI over 5years ago and when I accepted my punishment I specifically told the judge I didn't have the income nor the resources in order to take any kind of drugs or alcohol classes can I have a different sort of punishment? Yes. Double the time you will loose ur license... OK. I did it .so instead of 2 years with out a license I lost it for 4 years well now it's been 5 years well past the amount needing me to wait yet I went to get my license and low and behold the DMV says different now after 5 years of no license I found out I will have to take the class either way . and I could have done the class 5years ago and had my license over 4 years ago. Wow. the judge and my lawyer lied straight to my face once again I am facing some nothing but resistance and lies from every single part of our system I try to contact to help me with this little lame problem. Did I mention its a first offender program that I have successfully already completed 2 times in the past. so first offender to my knowledge and I never went to college or nothing but FIRST OFFENDER does still mean exactly what it sounds like right,?, 1st meaning 1 time and the first run in u can and will have to take that class ? Well being my third time can't I just bring in my first offender certificate from the first time I did that class and be done with it.

WOULD GIVE ZERO BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. HAVE A FIX IT TICKET FROM EL CAJON, TOOK CARE OF ADDRESS CHANGE, GOT BACK OF TICKET SIGNED OFF AND, 3 WEEKS AFTER, GETTING IT TRIED TO GO IN AN PAY THE $25 DOLLAR. THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT AS THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET INFORMATION. HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REMINDER LETTER AND, IT STILL DOES NOT SHOW ON THE WEB PAGE SO I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY. WHAT IS UP???

After waiting an hour for a representative to speak to me about the status of my case, someone finally answered. When I explained what I needed and asked for assistance, all she could say was that the system was down and I could call back later or tomorrow. She offered no help, not even to ask for my case # or to provide an alternate solution. Seriously? I didn't have any options but to call back? First, there must not be enough people working in that office for someone to wait an hour before anyone answered. Secondly, when they answered, they couldn't do anything or at least provide good customer service. Nothing. Very disappointed!

I come here once or twice a year as a criminal defense lawyer. Been doing so for about 10 years. Thus, my review is from the perspective as a criminal defense attorney, practicing in the San Diego and southern California area.East County serves parts of la mesa, el Cajon and various smaller east county communities. Traffic, misdemeanors and felonies are handled here. Parking in the morning can be rough, don't hesitate to park on the street.They go hard on duis out here, other misdemeanors and felonies are very manageable, the judges like cases to settle.
