There service has definitely gone down the drain. Ever since covid-19 happened, their service has been horrible from quite a few employees there. The only reason I go there now is because they have good specials on the prerolls once in awhile. I have referred over 20 people to that place and I regret it. The flower is great but come on you can get flower at over 20 different dispensaries in Albuquerque. When it comes to spending my money I go for the service.

I have to start by saying that Sandia Botanicals has amazing customer service and normally great cartridges that I purchase. This is my small gripe. This weekend I went to Sandia Botanicals to buy a new cartridge. I’m a Indica smoker but all they had at the time was a 60/40 Indica hybrid from a company called Quality Pharmers Concentrates. Literally this is by FAR AND AWAY the worst product I’ve purchased in the 3 years I’ve been smoking. I’ll never buy that again. But in ending I don’t want this to seem like a bash of Sandia Botanicals, they are phenomenal and all other products I’ve bought from there have been top notch.

Dear Patients of Sandia Botanicals,After investigating the incident on 4/3/20,I have discovered Sandia Botanicals does not have surveillance on the cars at their entrance, nor is Sandia Botanicals required to match the patient with their purchase. NMDH Cannabis Compliance Agent Angie verified Sandia Botanicals et al are only required to verify their staff packaged the order.So, If you are considering advancing in curbside robbery at Sandia Botanicals, I verified there is no surveillance of the cars at their entrance.James Trujillo 4/17/20On 4/3/20 at noon, in curbside service, I ordered and paid for $180 of medical cannabis.After receiving a white bag from a staffer, a man came to my car and said I had the wrong order and took my bag and gave me his. I thought he was also staff. When I opened my purchase later at home, there was a gram ($11) of scrub and paper.I have asked Sandia Botanicals repeatedly via email, phone, text to please review the surveillance. They have not returned or responded to any contact.I contacted Angie from NMDH Medical Cannabis Compliance Office. She will investigate along with Albuquerque Police. I contacted Wells Fargo and they will join the investigation.JamesCheck your front door parking surveillance, not your interior surveillance. Your guy changed the bags at my car window, white Ford Focus. I said I had half an order because there was only one bag. I was expecting 2 bags. The one bag I got was your scrub. You change your packaging regularly so I didn't know what to expect. I buy a few days ahead and didn't open your package till 4/7 and contacted you first thing 4/8. You have your parking lot surveillance. You also have the ABQ Police, NMDH Compliance, KOAT and KOB (already contacted you today) taking this over.Again, check your front door surveillance. Your female staff delivers one white bag to my car and then a male staff comes over and changes it. Look at the damn front door parking surveillance. James. Who is writing from Sandia Botanicals? Quick and friendly service great items flower is decent but could be better I mainly go for the Cartridges and those are pretty good especially price wise. (UPDATE BELOW)I am adjusting my review because of the rewards program. Almost anywhere else I go they have rewards as well but can be redeemed WITHOUT purchase being necessary, Except here where as before it was, Make ANY purchase and you could redeem your points. But now apparently it's changed to a 8$ or 9$ Minimum. I use my points when am low on cash so this program is pretty much useless to me. It seems almost all other Dispensaries understand that points usually get redeemed when people run out of money for the week or etc. Except this one since you have to make a nearly 10$ purchase 1st.I'll be taking my business back to Purlife and Urban Wellness. Hopefully you guys change or update your Rewards for the better next time.

I was taken there today , I was so upset and disappointed at the staff and how disrespectful and rude and not caring...I did not bother to buy any medicine from them.They lied to my face and I said but, did I know just see, your staff member just brought in 2 boxes of pre rolls.... She made a huff sound and said Ill see.. They made it out like we where trying to take something for free, I did even ask for my free gift for signing up..Wow the Original owner would have never Treated ANYONE this way..I know I use to help them back in the day..I think they need to realize new clients need help or we would not be getting this product..I am very sick but I took my business else where, where me and KK was treated nice and with respect..Let me tell you I spend a lot today so its their lost.. BUT they need to be kind and treat people all equal.. just because you don't know everything and asked questions and it bugged them or maybe it cause KK looks different she has lots of tattoos ..But this is what this place is suppose to be about.. its a form of herbal medicine and I'm still learning what I need.. Please don't give this place your time there are many others that are really nice and helpful..Original owner would have never acted this un professional..Wow shame on you .. I have no idea why you to Ladies where so rude but you need to learn some manners!!!

Was denied and refused service due to an honest and accurate review. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Can’t kill them with kindness, or with their own “medicine” either apparently. They are not patient-centered at all. We all need to advocate to DOH for more rights and responsibilities as patients. I will certainly be filing a complaint with DOH.

Buyer beware! I bought a cartridge here that didn't work. Instead of honoring their return policy, they give me excuses about how they had a falling out with the manufacture and turned me away. It was even suggested my only course of action is to break it open and scrape it into a dab rig. If I wanted to dab (or even had the proper equipment) I would have bought a product to dab.I have been shopping here for a while now but if they won't honor their own policies they promise their customers, then I will never return. There is plenty of competition that won't waste my money and time.

I would have to respectfully say prettiest dispensary girl in Albuquerque. She was positive, magical, and magnetic. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the products. Have not tried thier wax but I enjoyed thier flower. It is smooth hardly any ash if any. Can't wait to try some new stuff. Thanks to all employees of this store!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I bought a disposable pen that lost battery before product had been used. I still had at least 1/4 left. Counter employee advised me that those are the chances you take when purchasing disposable pens. Pretty much said I was SOL. I was told to " get a tool and dig out what was left and eat it if I wanted the remaining product". WOW....Will not be shopping there again.

Sub par at the most never really have a whole lot of strains. The environment can use a update for sure, but the staff is very helpful and nice. Pretty expensive as well from other dispensarys but to say the most a descent store. But a lot of competition around so i will stick to my sources. Plus there website has been down for the past some odd mouths.
