I found them to be professional and very personable. They worked together with State Farm and due to a delay at the original Pacific Elite location which caused the car to be transferred to the Santa Ana site, also paid for my car with Enterprise. They also got Enterprise to pick up the car at their location so we didn't have to return it ourselves. Our black Volt looked new when we picked it up, and they made sure even the interior was really clean.

Be Aware!!DO NOT visit this body shop - Go somewhere else. Be careful with one guy (he has discolored skin <forgot his name>) - he might be nice with you in front but he will jack you with extra cost in repair. Also, if you are repairing through insurance then be careful what you say to him. He will add his own details in your vehicle inspection report and report it to insurance company, so that he can pull money from your pocket. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Pacific Elite Collision Center was fast at repairing my side fender bender. I was happy how it came out as if I was never in a crash. Ruben was extremely helpful at answering my questions. That said, agent Jenoveva from Gieco was very professional and went through the whole process with me by inspecting my car also answering any insurance questions I had. I definitely recommend this place!

Great shop. Co-mingled w Geico & Enterprise rental car - they make it very easy to get yr car fixed, provide a rental & have the on-site Geico insurance person available anytime.Everyone there is personable. Give great service & made my experience smooth as possible.My car was fixed in a timely fashion and although I still need to bring it back to them to get an electrical part figured out, they will do that for me at my convenience & do it "for free" as I've already paid for everything...Genevieve, with Geico inside Pacific Elite, is great to work with. She knows her stuff, is prompt & assertive.The others (Apologies - I can't remember their names) were just as helpful & easy to work with as well.I highly recommend this place.

If looking for a auto body shop do your yourself a favor and look elsewhere I had my car repaired here through geico and I live in a hoa community that requires a permit sticker I noticed my sticker was removed when I asked them to reimburse me the cost they flat out refused to I have no idea as to why they would remove it from my windshield when they repaired my rear bumper do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
