Went in to pick up some edibles, saw they had seedlings so I grab one that was looking real nice and I complemented it and some dude who wasn't even helping me took the plant out of my bag and said you dont want that one it has POWDERY MILDEW then proceeded to swap it out with a plant half the size that actually did have POWDERY MILDEW. SHAAAAADY!!!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY

Great dispensary to go too, has many many selections of products including seeds, beverages and edibles, flower and concentrates, and my personal favorite CLONES! High quality for local home growers, some great stuff people should look into if struggling to find plants to grow or how to start a seed. The discounts are not the best compared to other local shops but other then that they have the best selection.

Honestly the stars are for the quality of product, very nice. Unfortunately, other than that my experience was disappointing to say the least. I was surprised there was not a first time customer discount. The budtender was not as knowledgeable as other places I have tried. Bottom line for me is that service is just as important as product and at least on this day, it was lacking. Too bad since the location is so close.

This place is the bomb! Only dispensary I go to in Santa Cruz after trying several. Efficiently run, both locations are full of good vibes. From the downtown location where you can grab a basket & take your time browsing, to the Soquel location where you can hop in line and look at artwork along the way. The staff are always inviting. Safe. Clean. I recommend thi splace to everyone

My first visit was great! It was for the Cannabis for Good Tour, a cause close to my heart. I had a nice shopping experience and the layout inside is very comprehensible. Cool staff that day too. Found my new love Jetty Gelato.Manager on 8.17 was Rude AF! Not only did I see customers being treated poorly by this manager, but she talks to the budtenders like children. I'm sure all the employees are 21 and up. Unfortunately, I saw and heard this short, dark haired manager make up negative stories about customers. She forces security to make customers feel uncomfortable. She discriminates over which ID she's willing to accept. Including Real CA DL. Unapologetically, like the manager, this place gets ZERO stars for the experience.In response to the owner-What are you talking about? I was a customer. Your place keeps getting confused.

Not that this is anybodies fault but my own. I bought lemon tree indoor... assuming it was the lemon tree and not some sour d x lemon kush knock off. Bought three eighths to bring home to a buddy who also likes the lemon, but I realize now I in fact bought the knock off variety. Sad days my friends. Not even remotely lemony.

I can't BELIEVE how EXPENSIVE this place is!! I'm from Sacramento and for what I bought at THIS place, I could have gotten at Floren Wellness Center in Sac for less than HALF of what I paid here! Absolutely REDICULOUS!! If you want way cheaper prices on the same ne products that you would find at Kindpeoples, come to Sacramento and visit FLORIN WELLNESS CENTER!! That place has AMAZING PRICES!! when they say something is $35 dollars, that's what you are going to pay.. $35 dollars! I will NEVER come back to kindpeoples! What a RIPOFF! Bought a cartridge for $35 dollars and one of equal value same brand for half price.. STILL came to over $60 dollars! People write reviews about how the prices and deals are great... THEY ARE NOT! For the price I paid for a lousy half gram plus the supposedly $15. Half gram, i could have gotten 1/2 gram cartridge, 3 1/2 grams Kush PLUS a pre roll! This is a great place if Target is your idea of a great shopping experience. The staff are all in their positions but waiting for you to start the dialogue. It was a very impersonal experience from the sign up kiosk to the staff gossiping behind the counter... To busy to reach out to the single customer in the store. I'm a long time customer of Harborside over the hill and really appreciate the hands on approach. They never hound you but always acknowledge you are there and ask if you have any questions.... And this is a category that needs a lot of guidance. I've found the folks at west cliff wellness are super friendly and always interested in your feedback and in helping you make the right choice. I'm sure (Kind People's?) will do fine with the tourists and people who know exactly what the want, but I'll be going back my friends at west cliff wellness.

This wonderful store with it's thoughtful and patient employees were so kind to me...first time medical marijuana buyer. The counter employee was so nice to help me with information. Also even though my good friend, that was with me and has been using CBD for quite sometime had not known about... the different names, types and namesof product for different medical reasons, he was do impressed! Thank You Kind Peoples for your true kindness and knowledge. I yet still tell all friends about your great customer service! I know a lot about care...I've been disabled since 2001, so I really Thank You for helping me with my pain. Thanks so much... keep helping those that ask for help!!

Great wide selection, helpful employers take their time, & patient explaining. Never felt rushed. Prices seemed fair & competitive. Clean facility, professional, top notch I wish they had more locations around CA. Been to other dispensaries this one has been my favorite so far! I would come back! No doubt! Even got a joint on my first visit for a dollar! 🤙🏽
