Nice little place. Very helpful people with a lot of products to choose from. It's great that they now allow card transactions, too. The only reason I don't put full stars is because the parking is not that great. It's understandable because the location is right off the frontage road, but it's still frustrating when the place is crowded.

Really nice selection of bubble hash although they were out of the only sativa bubble they had. Apparently someone came in and bought it all, it would be super cool if you guys could save some for other folks as i spend alooottt of money on good sativa bubble hash and its so hard to find. Please call me when youve got it back in stock! And please encourage extract companies to produce more!

I sent my wife to get me a 1 gram for my vape pen in Indica. I also told her to get the cheapest. They sold her Hybrid which cost $81They told her the Hybrid was made from 2 types of Indica, what?? You guys are way over priced I’ve spent my last dollar there!Go to the club in Castroville and save 40%!!

was the best place I have worked security at I will miss it the staff is great friendly sense of humors I will always remember they do care about every one including when I lost a family member and had to call off which I never do the staff was by far the best I have ever seen they helped me out and knew i was not happy the next day i came in I tried to hide it well but I could not any way I would say one thing if u need Weed go here is by far the best place I have ever seen these guys are very welcoming Thank you for caring about me and getting along with me

The place is nice and clean. The selection is decent enough. But the staff is quite snooty and very uneducated. I was way overcharged. Even when they said they had fixed the error I was still overcharged. And they were quite condescending about it. They don't seem to have an understanding of medical vs recreational and how to charge taxes. If they don't get their act together they will end up in some serious trouble with regulators.Edit: I provided both my doctor's rec and my state card, thank you very much. Even your response is snooty as if to imply that I am being dishonest or unfair. I don't comment on cannabis businesses lightly as I myself am an advocate and am involved on many levels in the industry. I am not your average patient. My review is consistent with my experience.

I am compelled to change my review from a 1 star review to 5 Stars because Santa Cruz Naturals Really Care about their Customers!!!! I was originally shorted on my previous purchase and Santa Cruz Naturals went above and beyond and were determined to make me a happy customer and they never gave up! Colin called me and explained the whole situation and the mistakes were honest mistakes period. There are good hard working honest people in this world and Colin is definitely one of them. It's great to see a small business care sooooo much! I highly recommend stopping by and checking out their great selection. I am proud to have the Santa Cruz Naturals bumper sticker on the back of my car. Keep up the good work guy's!

Expensive! Average - good service, but many places in town and that deliver are much cheaper. Avg. Price here for herb is 50 1/8ths, avg. For dabs is 40/g. There wre many other places that offer $25 grams.Edit/Response to Santa Cruz Naturals owner: Maybe you should look at your own menu instead of lying. The lowest priced gram of wax you have is 35. The lowest half gram is 25. Your menu is on weedmaps for everyone to see. Get your own prices right.

We feel most of the staff are friendly except for the two lady's that were working today 2/3/18 around 5pm, they both made us feel like we didn't deserve their attention. Also the prices online differed from in the store.We still love the place and will continue to shop there.-Peace

One thing I look to find at a club is to have great trained staff. There should be no reason with how much money we bring into these club to have untrained staff. With that said a staff member that stands out at Santa Cruz Naturals and real just sets the standard is Journee. His is very knowledgeable, patient, and really great at suggesting the right medication.

If you are on of this great nations military veterans and/or are a disabled citizen, that is a CA MMJ patient, this is your must go to place. It's your first storefront dispensary as you enter Santa Cruz area from the South on Hwy 1 from the Monterey area. It's easy access and spacious interior with high quality herbal medicines at decent donation cost, will leave you very satisfied. Parking is a bit tight, which would be the only slight negative, but it's well worth stopping in. Patients get cycled at a pretty decent rate, even when the lobby gets full.
