Pretty much been to every dispensary in Durango...I have my favorites not always based on the product but on the bud tender and their knowledge in helping me learn more about the products and process. My first time in Sante and I loved loved the awesome customer service and the wealth of knowledge that our Bud Tender Andre dropped on us.

Usually really good. Knowledgeable Bud-Tenders, except today. Bud-Tender argued with me. "Well I've been here since August and I have never heard or seen bubble-hash". We had bought it there before. That's alright, went to DO, got EXACTLY what I wanted......for cheaper!!! Yeah. Don't know if I will use my Points at Sante afterall. Need to train your Bud-Tenders better about your products, no matter WHAT the supplier is calling it. "We" don't have access to all your lingo. And, if I am spending $$$ then I should expect SERVICE. Not arguing.

My least favorite dispensary, staff always seem stoned out of their minds, and last time I was there I explained I wanted to just check out the honeypots, and find the best strain to my liking around town the bud tender was immediately not interested in talking to me anymore. Poor salesman. Didn’t even try to sell the buckets they did have. I spent my $300 at another dispensary that night.

Flower is always on point and every single time we have paid Sante a vist the staff in the sale room have been absolutely wonderful. In exception to the West African wanna be Rasta. Besides his in valid opinon everything is Great!!! Unvalid BC he doesn't partake in the consumption of the product he is selling. Which in my opinion makes his opinion on any matter of cannibis invalid. Great because if you know what you want and like they're bound to have a wide variety of product. And to Sante Management Only reason I wrote this review was to inform people that your product is Great. Rasta Guy should be avoided at all cost.

I purchased a $15.00 raw cone filled with Pineapple Express package date 10/01/2017 sold on 10/07/2017 and this was packed terribly. Couldn't even smoke it so I had to tear it open and use what was inside since the guy packing doesn't know how to pack cones. Cones are beyond simple and shouldn't have problems like this and I am upset I wasted my money here. Please get someone to package cones properly.

Sante is myself favorite dispensary in Durango. They have the best quality flower and great prices, as well as an extensive selection of pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vape pens and cartridges, glass and other swag and accessories. They have a nice big waiting area with free classic arcade games, TVs and a fish tank. When it's your turn to be helped, you are escorted to a private booth where you receive private personal service.

I've been going to Sante's for some years now , No matter what staff on shift you are always met with friendly faces ((few would say charming , handsome or even beautiful but those "some" are their mothers)) so we will stick with friendly people who know about the produce of your choosing! Best quality for ANY price range, Huge selection and quality pipes that don't break the bank!! I heart you guys on the down low.. or should i say : Up High !?

Always the off day? Arrived 10 minutes before the closed and was met outside the door with, "we close in 10 minutes. If you're not done by 9:59, we won't serve you." Kinda rude, but OK. Walked through the door and were quickly assaulted by 2 other employees saying "we're closed," even though they weren't. We said "the other lady, outside" said we could come in if we hurried. They both said, "well, she's the boss, so OK, but hurry."At this point, we had had enough and left. They apparently don't need us as customers, because we never will be.Maybe an off day? I doubt it.
