Purchased the Sanuvox R+ from a licensed dealer and had it installed by them. The job was done June 2018. Our lamp we were told would last 3 years. It burnt out this month. I contacted the company, spoke to Tech Support, they were surprised it would happen so soon. So they asked me to email them a copy of my invoice and my address. I did that, after 3 days I heard nothing back. So I sent a followup email. Waited another 2 days and called back again. I spoke to Tech Support and they apologized and told me a replacement lamp was being shipped that day. I received it yesterday. Opened it and went to install it and noticed that it was damaged in two spots. I compared this replacement lamp with the lamp that came with the unit. Totally different. So I took photos and emailed it to them. The replacement lamp did not work so I am asking the question - 1. How could they ship out a defective lamp that had visible damages in two spots? 2. If they are cutting corners by not responding to customers in a reasonable amount of time (7 days for a return call) and even worse if they are sending out damaged product , where else is QA failing? Do I even have a product that is actually working properly? I have no idea, it cost me over $1,000 to buy. They may have incredible technology but they are failing at the most basic of levels.UPDATE - I received a call from the President apologizing for our experience and he took the time to address all of our concerns. I was happy with the outcome and have adjusted my ratings. We all know in business things happen some good and some bad but how companies respond is critical to their long term success.

Worst customer service of any place I've ever dealt with in my life. Through the internet, they are rude, uninformed and refuse to give me information about my machine. I paid nearly $400 for it, and now the filters aren't sold in stores, only through them... You have to call... It's $40+ more expensive than it was at the Rona store... And I can't get the parts I need to make it run... Then they stopped answering for 3 business days... and told me their customer service was excellent when I complained... Yet all over FB people are saying they won't answer then when the machines stop working. I needed a Tio2 catalyst part and they refused to give me a price unless I called. (I was sick and I couldn't... I told them repeatedly) they finally took a fit and said the cheap poorly made thing was $85... A random number I think. They kept telling me to use the one I had over and over... I don't have that part. Then they said to just not use it at all... but then the filter wouldn't work. That part is what makes it destroy VOCs and other nasty things... The reason I bought the thing in the first place. They should either sell the filters in stores or give up. They told me that no companies do business online through chat or email. I canceled a credit card and got a new one through a chat thing... And most of Bell's customer service is through chat... Then closed with saying they weren't going to answer me anymore unless I call, which I was unable to do, due to health problems.... Related to why I needed the filter in the first place.I bought a Tio2 catalyst from Amazon.ca for $10 and free shipping. It's not the right size but I can make it work. Seems they try to be nice at times, maybe a couple of them, but overall it's just bad service. My filter was sent 2hrs away and they just told me there's nothing that can be done... Until I complained on their page. Then they sent me one where it should have gone in the first place. Definitely not going to ever buy anything from them again... But it's gonna suck if the machine works long enough to need a HEPA filter again. $115 for a HEPA filter with shipping and tax is insane. Oh well. I guess I should have bought a Honeywell... or anything else. Germguardian has the same features, for cheaper and does sell the parts.
