I used to love Big Foot Java and my mom prefers it over Starbucks. The last time I went there, I was told they no longer have straws. What?I was told that single use straws are now illegal...again, I say what?I had just ordered two drinks topped with whipped cream.How are we supposed to drink them?Come on Big Foot, go buy straws!This was the last straw for me...pun intended.Between that and being out of change, drink carriers, pastries, and handing me a leaking drink! I'm not returning until they get it together.

Just had an awesome, awesome experience with Dynae. stopped by after giving family a ride late at night from the airport. Since it was so late, I was expecting a quiet order with an unknown outcome as I've only been to a Bigfoot Java once before and that was some time ago. Dynae was a wonderful surprise! She chatted away while we experimented with the flavor of a drink, she even did a taste test with me (because we are Chai nerds) to see how we liked it and made a change. I offered to pay for anything we made but she wanted it perfect! (Combo of Spice and SF Vanilla Chai's with one pump pumpkin is delicious btw) At the end, we added a special drink on the side for my husband. All the while she was so friendly (and awake at midnight?!).She worked efficiently while helping other people. I wasn't in a rush so I asked her to help others who may be night-shift, in between my drinks. She made everyone feel like they had their own unique experience while working quickly. I paid for my drinks, left a tip and started my happy drive home.I live about 18 min away but I will go out of my way to be back for sure!

Since they changed credit card service companies they WILL NOT ACCEPT cards with out a chip.They dont care about the customer, only profits apparently. Another small company acting like a big business. Time to support a new local businesses who cares about its customers.

It depends on who the barista is. Yesterday, 2/5/2019, a Tuesday, the girl there looked upset and bothered that I wanted my drink made a certain way, and her expressions and body language told me that I was a nuisance and should go away. So, I canceled my order and drove off.There is very little that I do not pick up on. Plenty other coffee stands up and down Aurora with much better attitudes towards the customer.-------The girls in my pictures, however, made it right the time before.A smile really does go a long way.

Double 16oz ALL ICE extra vanilla AMERICANOOrder the same at every shop...This is the only place to regularly f up the easiest espresso around by once again leaving out flavor...F this spot
