I purchased 2 clones at Satchel 2 weeks ago. I should have looked in the bag before I brought them home. They were completely yellow and the soil was dry. The plants were completely rootbound. I was told that I should plant them right away. I did and have kept them at the proper temperature, PH level and moisture levels.They're now starting to grow and are producing leaves with only 3 fingers - a sign of a distressed plant. If these are indicative of what Satchel sells they should be ashamed. I am more than a little disappointed and mad. I work hard for my money and deserve better for my purchase. Given all cannabis transactions are cash I have no remedy to get my money back as I would have with a credit card.

I just walked in from being out of town, and had such a bad experience with the red headed budtender that I walked out to find a different place.She first let's me know that they aren't doing in-store shopping, I can do online or look at their menu outside. I went outside to take a peak, but they didnt have anything listed indicating weather it was sativa or indica, or thc%. I went inside told her I wanted a high thc, sativa c02 gram cartridge, and she responds like I'm the biggest bother in the world and let's me know that she doesnt have a running list in her head and that the menu will be the most updated.....but I just told you that it didnt have the info i needed to make a decision....and I'm sorry but any store I've ever been to, and ive been to a lot, the bud tender always knows where to go to grab at LEAST one option for me based on my very specific parameters in which I'm looking.Now I don't normally write reviews, but you know what they say about a negative customer experience. Her sarcastic, rude tone was just enough to send me over the edge with this review. In conclusions, I dont know how their weed is, but as someone who's worked customer service for 10years, their customer service BLOWS.

This is by far my favorite dispensary. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and extremely kind. I have never made a purchase here that I regretted later. I can't say that for any other dispensary in town. You can rest assured that this store strives to only carry quality products, that's why I'm never disappointed.

Well tended spot, knowledgeable bud tender, v nice art, and my day is... Suddenly soooooo much less stressful.Not a discount place,(mcdonald's:five guys *as* dime store:satchel) but still reasonable prices.Love the location by the max and many food options as well.

Have been asking employees about a pain patch that I purchase from another dispensary that’s pretty far from my home. Been looking for quite a while, was told they were going to carry it in March... Never came to stock, ended up having to locate the distributor by doing some back tracking was told via them today that they “were doing their best to pass on the request to the person involved with stocking.” So who is to blame I do not know. It’s a cute store, I would love to use as it’s near my house just don’t expect to hear accurate word of mouth. Do your own research on the products. Perhaps it’s a “get high” location over a location that cares about real healing like I had thought.

Not bad there alwas well stocked on oil. The price point is good and happy hr is great. Only a couple of thing I find odd is that 3 days in a row I went in and bought the same thing and paid 3 different prices. This has happened more then one incident. so unfortunately I never actually know how much I'm going to spend. That and a couple of time things have been miss marked and the response every time has been sorry we wont honor that price "our bad."Coustomer service is 50/50 I guess it just depends on who u get and if there having a bad day.

So, I have been using cannabis for medicinal purposes for decades. I am new to Oregon and haven't gotten mail I can use to get an ID to get a doctor's recommendation for this state, be that doesn't change the fact that I do have lots of experience at recognizing what I am smoking by the effects or that I don't know exactly what I need from the cannabis I use in order for it to be effective for my many health problems--& thanks to living in California before and Oregon now, I know precisely what I need from my cannabis. For instance, I know for a fact that Sativas have no effect on me whatsoever. Furthermore, I know that no matter how high the levels of THC are, I won't feel it unless there is at least 0.1% CBD (just as, conversely, if there isn't at least 22% THC, it doesn't matter how much CBD is in there, and more than 0.12% CBD and I won't be able to get off the couch). So, I am extremely careful to always go for the Indicas (because even the Indica-leaning hybrids are iffy for me), always get something with at least 22% THC and at least 0.10% CBD and no more than 0.12. I picked Apple something on Friday at your store. At first I thought the reason it had no effect whatsoever was due to the fact that it's so dry and has obviously been improperly protected from the degrading effects of too much dryness that every time I try to break a piece off, I end up with powder. Then, yesterday, I finally double checked the label. I may not remember the full name of what I asked for (again, Apple something), but I KNOW I didn't ask for Cosmic Treehouse because I wouldn't waste my money on something that contains 0.00% CBD. I don't even know if this is an Indica. But, I know that I was sold a product I not only didn't ask for, I wouldn't have bought. I usually make 2 grams last a week. I thought this would last two and a half weeks. It's barely going to last three days and my anxiety, pain, insomnia, and inability to eat are out of control because of it. I shouldn't have to double check that a reputable business is not committing false advertising by telling me that I am buying something other than what I bought to get me to buy it. I don't know if this was an honest mistake, or not. I am assuming that it was and choosing to complain here as opposed to the Better Business Bureau because I want to believe that it was an honest mistake--but, I want other people to know in case it wasn't. All I do know for sure is that Satchel is going to be happy they don't have to deal with this mess and have lost my business, because I don't think they would have wanted to hear all this over what is only a small amount of money to them (but, the most this Disabled and currently homeless woman can afford). I will be going back to Gram Central Station, instead. Their cannabis was perfectly cured, not too dry, and exactly what it claimed to be in the display in their establishment. Satchel: you're lucky I couldn't give you zero stars.

So, I'm always the explorer and so, on vacation in Oregon, I had to learn more about its new marijuana laws and what it has meant to decriminalize it. I spent the afternoon with the great folks at Satchel. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing the amount of education that happens when we bring things into the open and public. Satchel was professional and inviting. I didn't feel intimidated and asked a lot of questions. Drop by and ask all your questions. It was a great experience.

Hit and miss. Somedays you get great service from qualified individuals, other days not so much. Today I waited 15 minutes to get zero service and ended up paying more than I thought I was for something im not entirely sure i wanted, if she hadnt been so busy helping the 2 other people i might have made it to work on time.. in general a bad experience. Never really know, just dont go if youre in any kind of hurry apparently.
