Every time I come here the staff are really rude and condecending. Especially the woman with a half shaved green head and drawn on eyebrows! Avoid her at all costs! You would think that they would be a little more nice and joyful considering the fact that they have the easiest job ever! All in all this is a really nice store in a great location. It would be great to see the customer service improve. But until then I will not be returning.

Can't remember the name of the young guy workin there, but extremely helpful to the group of us who were visiting Seattle for the weekend. I'm sure they get lots of annoying tourists in there, but I think our mutual interest in and appreciation for the product really paved they way for great conversation and wonderful advice/recommendations. Great selection here too

Satori is great. They have deals all the time, rewards where you earn a discount up to I believe 20% and their veteran discount is 15% great shop.
