I love the online ordering with the nice discount. They have good daily discounts, but I'm particular about quality so, the only daily I like is Thursdays which is discount on top shelf and concentrates. I don't talk much, but when I do the bud tenders are polite and know what they are talking about. The guy from the east coast is my fav worker. Knowledgeable, and is older than 21. Lol nothing wrong with the young ones, but it's a different connection with the people who been around awhile. Anyway, good product and prices. Thanks!

Always full of helpful, friendly sales staff. I enjoy the loyalty points, as well as the laid back atmosphere. I always appreciated how the staff is willing to answer any questions, without the condescending tone some shops offer.Online ordering is available, and so easy. I have completed many online orders happily and successfully.I would strongly reccomend this shop if you need any help figuring out what you'd like, and I would also strongly reccomend it as a shop for quick stops for seasoned smokers with friendly staff.

Bought tons of Cartridge and dab pen here, my blue roots cartridge I bought last week melted yesterday, so I brought it to the store but the employee would only offer 20% off for the next cartridge. Very disappointed about this unprofessional customer service if I need to get a cartridge I would rather get the Stizzy from next door. You guys lost a customer today

Friendly staff, quick lines, easily reached location. Best dispensary in Pullman!(Edit) After accepting my ID for over 2 years they have now decided not to honor the federal/tribal identification I carry. Well... lost a good customer 🤷♂️ (Edit) Start by honoring the ID you've been accepting since your opening. The CTUIR includes Walla Walla.... is this not in Washington 🤔. Do you provide this list to the public? Is it posted? No.... it's not. Or, at least wasn't posted, nor provided, while I was a customer.

No Grumpy here as a rule. Smiling Budtenders all around. Willing to accommodate older shoppers. Friendly and helpful. They appear to want to help you find exactly what you want.The only downside is that the store is often thin to fresh out of stock on my favorite items.

All the Satori recreational marijuana stores are very well stocked and staffed for the most part. This satori has a generally helpful staff, but every once in a while you will get some college student that looks like he just rolled out of bed and put on the first thing he saw laying on the laundry room floor. Let me stress this is not absurdly common, but definitely reoccurring. The prices are all very normal and they have a good selection from top of the line bud and oil ($40 to $50 oil gram and $10 - $15 bud grams) to bottom shelf shake. I like this place, but I also respect good manners and bathing practices.

The worst marijuana shop in all of Washington. Stay far away. I asked the budtender if they had a particular product. He said yes. When I got in my car to double check my order, I realized that he sold me the wrong product. When I went back inside, they refused to refund me and said it was store policy to not issue refunds for any reason except mechanical defects.

There are always daily deals! Pretty good selection of product and by far the most consistent in providing good customer service among the other shops I have visited. They are pet friendly and you can take your pet in as long as they are on a leash. I should also mention that I've noticed it is very helpful to the staff if you have your i.d. out and ready both when you enter and when you pay. Especially during the busy times. The Budtenders here are more knowledgeable and willing to help than at other shops. Tips are welcomed as well, I usually tip based on the service and amount spent. Over all, its a good place to stop in and check out if that's your thing!!! And the service is never bad! 👍😁

They have good specials on their products. I frequently visit them and I get a little burned out on having my ID checked twice: once when I enter then again before I make my purchase. For the most part the employees are gracious and since they have checked my ID so many times. I kid them and ask: so do you know where I live? It's great service and good deals.

I've been to numerous pot shops in town, everyone to be exact, and Satori is by far the best quality of the best prices and the staff has the best knowledge out of any place I've been to even in other cities here in Washington and Colorado and California I would recommend Satori strong anybody looking to buy weed in edible form flower form concentrate and anything else you might need with THC or CBD in it. I recommend it to all my friends and they all recommend it to their friends and everybody who loves it I personally know of at least a dozen people that were loyal to other shops and as soon as I took them in or they went in to Satori after my recommendation now that's the only place they go. I'm just so glad that there is such a great place to buy marijuana so close to us here in Pullman.
