This place is great! Very helpful and nice employees, and service is always very fast despite there being a lot of customers! Every time I go in there are lots of people inside, very popular spot, but there is always a bud tender on deck to help you! They have a good variety of high and medium quality bud, cartridges, pre-rolls, some novelty items, and even starter clones. Highly recommend! Especially if you need someone to walk you through the different strains and whatnot. They are very knowledgeable and sociable :)

Went there to buy clones and they seemed to have a great selection. Guy picked out the clones and then after about 10 minutes, he mixed them up and I had to re pick them out. He recommended some weed to me and I always just take the recommendation and it was some straight up shake in a bag for 50 dollars. No visible nug at all. Straight up shwag. Then when I went to check out he overcharged me 50 dollars. His boss came over and refunded me, and then she mixed up the clones too so we had to start all over. She seemed more mad at me than she was about making a mistake. The clones were priced differently so I don't know why anyone would be ok with this. Don't smoke and go to work.

They are conveniently located off the highway which is a plus but the biggest best thing about the sanctuary is their prices and most of all the people but I hella like that they have this every week Friday and Saturday deals/special! Legit. Continue to do this Friday and Saturday specials You guys should keep this going on please! It’s helps us patients a lot thanks for the legit service and no shady taxes or business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged $93 twice because the man at the register ran out of receipt paper and he was unsure if the first swipe of my card went through. Let me also add the ATM fee was $3.75 and my bank charged me a service fee of $2 both, twice! When my husband went in to discuss this, they only refunded him for the product, they refused to refund the service charges and took zero accountability for their error. We had our original receipt and they went in the back for quite some time so they obviously watched the cameras to confirm my account of the incident so they can see EXACTLY what happened and they still left the extra charges on me. It’s only $5.75 but it’s the principal of the matter! I didn’t change myself twice, they did! I will not be returning.

I really enjoyed going here for the first time! I've only been to one other dispensary and it was not only small, but really uptight and serious and they are always in a major rush to get you in and out. But not the Sanctuary! It was such a relief to be greeted by people who actually take their time to help you and find what you want! And the space is amazing!

One of the beat clean and organized canabis club I ever stepped into.....Tracey was a great welcome party....she made me feel comfortable and right at home the moment I walked in she was friendly and super cool...and jasmynn is by far the best budtender I ever came across she was very into helping me and making sure I was happy with my purchase and kept a smile on my face the hole transaction i appreciate both of them for there work and I will be returning!!

I didn't know a storefront could look so nice in Sacramento. I didn't realize till after the fact I could actually smell the flower before purchasing. Kay was a great help. It felt like a very urban sleek apple store with a friendly atmosphere. I felt like a customer not a criminal. Which is a pleasant change. Thank you.

I liked this place at first. Really disappointed they sold me a faulty cartridge here & because I didn't open & try it within 24 hours, nothing would be done. I called around 5:30pm and after I spoke with three "budtenders" I asked to speak to Cherish , the manager on duty. I was told "well she'll tell you the same thing" I was put on hold & she then refused to speak with me as she was "unavailable" for the rest of the night. They close at 9:00. I was nothing but nice and it would have been so much easier to just replace the unused item instead of losing me as a customer & the future business of everyone I know in the Sacramento area.
