Ordered two breakfasts and a BLT all of the orders had old bacon in them. Bacon so hard you could damage your teeth. As long as my order took they could've used fresh bacon. I don't know if it was left over from this morning but bacon should not be that hard. Please taste your food before you leave these people are not preparing the food properly! I got home and was very disappointed with my order!

The Wing Dings (chicken wings) are the best. Even President Obama had the chicken - pictures on display. The grits were very good and you get a large serving - served all day. The prices were very reasonable. They have breakfast all day but expect to pay an extra $1.25 after 11:00 am. Two eggs, two pancakes, and four sausages for 5.95.

So if you are thinking of going here to eat please keep looking. This place has the worst customer service in the flint/burton area. I dont think Gordan Ramsey could help this place. The price of the food was way out of line for the quality that you get. I waited at the front bar for 10 mins before anyone gave me a menu. 4 workers and one cook. The workers all walking by me doing whatever like i was not even there and i was shocked. I was shocked at the way i was treated and shocked that this place is even open for business.. This is a place that should be shout down in my opinion. After all the wait and high prices i come home with my food for my family and i find a hair in my food. After all that being said trust me its just not worth it. I hope the owner reads this review and offers to call me and specks with me because i have much more to say but for the people you should understand by the end of this sentence STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..ITS JUST THAT BAD AND IT'S SO SAD.

They have the rudest server in the world. She hung up on me twice. I tried ordering from Uber eats and not only did they give my order away to the wrong person which would be totally forgivable if it weren’t for the attitude she gave to my Uber driver. Then they false advertis their products the picture showed that the food comes with curly fries. The first time I ordered it didn’t so this time I asked them for curly fries in the notes section because they did not give the option to select. She started yelling at me and refusing to provide curly fries accusing me of being unwilling to pay the dollar and 50 cent difference. I told her I would pay ten dollars more just to get the curly fries is $1.50 worth all this on top of my order being an hour late. Then she huffed and hung up on me. I called back she herd my voice and hung up on me again. I love their corn beef sandwich but I will not be ordering from this place again. Also my order just arrived and they didn’t get the drinks right. There are to many coney islands in Michigan to ever consider ordering from this one.

I've been craving some good chili fries with cheese. I was so disappointed today when I ordered the chili cheese fry special. I hadn't been here in some years. I was shocked to pay almost $8 but it did come in a large container. The taste was so bland. Definitely not the good ole chili fries it use to be. Gave it 2 stars for the good customer service and the speed of my order. So upset in my food voice today, spending $8 on something I didn't eat😐

Ordered my food when via phone when I was less than 5 minutes away from the establishment and was told 15 minutes for my food. When I got there the food was already ready and it wasn’t 15 minutes. Drive one block to the house and try to eat the food was cold. Called and of course they stated they couldn’t do anything for me and acted as though because of the time when the order was placed that was the reason it was cold. Mind you I was only 5 minutes away when I called and went straight to the place. Horrible food and customer service! Last time patronizing this place! 10 thumbs down 👎🏾

The food here is very good some of the waitress are very good however my order is always wrong I warned them of a allergic reaction for my son and they still put eggs and his food I ordered something that was not quite a breakfast item and all the cook did was talk junk all isn't it breakfast time who orders dinner like this is it I thought it was breakfast time or I guess it's supposed to be brunch like just nasty and rude about it and I'm listening to him and I'm like you know don't judge me because this is what I want like this is a Coney Island Coney Islands are for you don't have a you don't have a certain time for you no breakfast and dinner then it should not matter and that's why I came to a Coney Island because other places are restricted on certain food items being sold at a certain time normally when you go to a Coney Island it doesn't matter what you get when you get it I just think that their customer service needs a lot of work and for some of those women who've been there working there for over a year or two for you to still constantly mess up orders right in my face is ridiculous but I will say overall the food is really good where they messed it up or not but guess what for me communication and customer service is everything so if you have snotty people rather their The Kooks the owners or the waitresses is crazy you know and then that's another thing me and my husband we always like to give a shout out to the Kooks if they can really cook I've tried to do that several occasions and then this one got his works there he's just always so competitive like what what you looking for the cook for what's wrong what's wrong with your food and it's like do we just trying to compliment them like it's nothing wrong with the food but you know the way you act trying to intimidate somebody just makes us not even want to deal with you all anymore I'll shout out to the Kooks then don't complain that work there

I place my order inside and was told by the cook and the person behind the counter they were out of the hot sausages called firedogs. I was told verbatim the hot sausages would not be available until next week which was incorrect. So I went ahead and placed a new order for something different and waited 30 mins, during my wait I notice a lot of horseplay. It was very unprofessional less than pleasing environment to be in. They didn't even offer me a receipt. I called the very next day spoke to a different person and was told they had the hot sausages in stock the whole time. This type of behavior is unacceptable and there should be someone in authority to oversee operations and their workers. What I want from Capital Coney IslandI don't require any free food, the only comment I have is that Capital Coney island needs to improve on their customer service skills when dealing with the public. I would even accept a simple apology that would be nice but due to the fact that there were a lot of foolishness going on, I prefer not to ever return to this restaurant. EVER

Do not eat here 8mile & Wyoming. Clearly they do not care for their customers. Couldn't take the time to properly clean and prepare my food! Leaving a bug in it along with its legs to be ate. I'm tired of these trifling businesses 😤 repost this since they couldn't reimburse me for The Whole unsanitary meal after wasting my time, gas, & also feeding myself & child this food. #mad #Nasty i will never eat there this was on facebook 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫
