I had an iPhone X with a dying battery and needed to get it replaced. In searching for nearby shops who could fix it for me, I saw SD iRepairs Express was conveniently on my way home and had great reviews. I'm so glad I chose them because they had the battery replaced in what must have been 5 minutes. I didn't get the operators name but he was great and had tons of information and recommendations. If your phone is damaged, definitely take it here. The service and the pricing was outstanding.

They are truly the most professional and kindest people. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. The guys at work in the shop know what they’re doing and go above and beyond to help you and are incredibly generous as well. I was for sure two problems I had on a iPhone would be impossible to fix but they immediately knew the problem and fixed both quickly efficiently and a great price. Don’t go elsewhere go to them!!

The folks at this shop are so nice and also super efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Their puppy is also super adorable and she was wagging her tail the entire time! The bummer is my phone screen already cracked, but I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!

Just went here today to get the screen of my iPhone 6s replaced. They did it for $70 (I paid cash, would be $75 with a card), in ten minutes! That same repair would cost me twice that at Staples and would take an hour, let alone ~$500 at an apple store. Took ten minutes, all while having a pleasant conversation. Also, they put a screen protector on my phone and it was placed perfectly without air bubbles! Will come here if in need of any screen or phone repairs 10/10!

After breaking my iPhone 6s for the third time. I finally found my go to shop. Johnny and Adrian were top notch with the quickness of the repair and taking the time to show me the difference between the Chinese part and the oem part, I had no idea they were giving me the China one at the other shop and charging me way more. They also have a shop mascot puppy named Nikita ....... you get to play with her while they fix your phone. Can’t say enough good things about this place thanks again guys!

I tried SD iRepairs Express because of their reviews. Believe the reviews, these guys are legit. Adrian and John are awesome! They are professional, knowledgeable and personable. I came in to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced and it was completed in 10 minutes. Their prices are great. While I was waiting, they even showed me the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts. If you have any issues with your iPhone, take it here! Highly recommended.Update: I dropped my phone at 4 p.m. on 12-29-17 and broke the glass while working out at Mission Beach. Brought it over and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Also gave me the choice of aftermarket or OEM part. While waiting, they have a cork board where people can write how they broke their phone. Hilarious. These guys are amazing! Keep up the good work!

Feedback:

After days of jumping through all of Apple’s hoops to get the battery replaced on my iPhone 6, the Apple techs refused to do the job because my phone has a very slight bend in it, which, they said, make it vulnerable to some sort of thermonuclear meltdown event. Based on their positive reviews, I took my phone to SD iRepairs, and John had me in and out in 5 minutes with a new OEM battery and a handshake. Excellent.

Reviews do not lie about this place, i had a battery and a new screen installed for way cheaper than other shops were charging for just a screen repair. They also showed me the difference in the quality of screens they install. They have the original screens and the generic chinese ones, which they dont recommend unless you are trading or selling your phone. Thanks for all the help and great service !!!

Edit: In response to the owner contesting everything I said I'm going to clarify some points.1) Yes the tech expressed how using a hard screen cover allows for one to "bash the screen and mess up the LCD before the glass goes." I've always used a hard protector and never experienced LCD bleaching. I'm well aware the LCD is beneath the glass and wasn't quite sure on the techs logic but assumed it dealt with the protector not dispersing normal force of using the device throughout the display. 2) I'm not claiming the Apple case is great protection only noting that it was in a case with a lip. If I had a hard screen protector on it still might have cracked, I'm not using this as direct evidence. The fact it cracked so easily when falls like that generally don't cause such damage only bolsters the fact this are not OEM screens.3) OEM means that the parts are assembled for the direct device and taken directly from the companies supply line. Using "parts of the same quality" is not OEM. Saying it's assembled in a different factory is directly stating that it is NOT OEM. I'm aware third parties exist and create similar screens with similar tech. There is not doubt there is a wide array of quality between these third party screens. However, calling them OEM is a blatant lie. (If anyone is reading this spend 5 minutes researching to confirm). I'm aware Apple does not manufacture or assemble their parts (in respect to this device at least), but sourcing from a company that assembles similar quality parts in a different factory is still not OEM.4) The most important point of this all: The screens bleached on two separate occasions. the possibility of an OEM screen going out like this is extremely rare. The possibility of two consecutive OEM screens going out like this is even more rare. If there was blatant issues with iPhone 6s screens then of the millions sold, users would be having widespread issues and general notice for replacements would occur.Original Review ------------------Initially seemed like a legitimate shop but after using the “OEM” screen for the iPhone 6s bleaching of the screen occurred (As shown in the picture attached). Luckily they replaced the screen. The tech informed me that using the hard glass ballistic screen protector can cause this issue as you apparently use more force on the screen damaging the LCD display. I didn’t understand this logic but decided to use a soft scratch screen protector instead.Once again bleaching occurred within 3 weeks of use. Clearly the techs explanation that hard screen protectors was wrong. I would go get it replace but unfortunately my phone slid of my couch (~2 feet height). Although in an Apple leather case the screen received a hairline fracture through the middle from the force. Had I opted for a hard screen protector this would not have happened, but unfortunately I listened to the techs advice to prevent screen bleaching (which still occurred).I now can’t get the second defective screen replaced because there’s a hairline crack.Incase you haven’t figured it out yet - they do NOT use OEM screens. It is impossible to acquire Apple OEM units without directly dealing with Apple and their distributors. The shop attempts to incentivize you by showing “Chinese knock offs” to push you toward the “OEM” at a high price. Both are Chinese third party screens. I knew the OEMs were likely not, but still assumed they’d be higher grade third party screens...clearly that is not the case as two screens received LCD bleaching. The fact the glass cracked hairline from a 2 foot fall with case further demonstrates this is not genuine OEM using gorilla glass.TLDR; the shop does NOT sell OEM units. The “OEM” pieces are NOT even of high quality and are clearly the cheapest pieces one can buy from Aliexpress. If you crack your screen and plan on continuing to use your phone - look into other shops or shell out the ~$150 for an Apple repair. They use cheap ~$10 screens from Aliexpress or some other vendor and should be charging 1/3 of the price for the quality of the screens.

After my iPhone 5 did a faceplant on concrete, I made calls to several repair shops in the area. I chose SD iRepairs Express because they offered the best value and promised fast professional service. And boy did they deliver on both. And who knew that getting ones phone repaired could be such fun. Adrian and Deonte are so personable and they do excellent work.
