Feedback:

The woman I spoke with about getting a lei for my daughter's college graduation stated that my request (for a single layer lei) was appropriate "for elementary school kids," which i felt was offensive. She backtracked and apologized, then couldn't confirm that she would be able to get the flowers in time. She took my number and promised she'd call me back within the hour. I never got a call. So not only was she rude, she was untrustworthy. I found another florist close by who had no trouble with my request...and who was actually nice to me.
