I’m not the best of the best customer but I prefer to buy products on the store than Amazon with lower price or not or any other website and today I went to Napier St and I parked my car in front of the store and I saw on guy get out of the store but had a the table to block the entrance and this was my third time after Covid regulations and I’m waiting in front of the table about only one minute to talk to the guy what I needed and after 2 more minutes I saw the lady getting out of the store with a couple bags (she was not on the cashier all this time around 3 ) and I asked for the guy if’s possible to go inside the store to see and buy and the guy told me only for pay (weird) and after a couple minutes the guy called me to coming inside the store to pay. Ok, after pay the next customer after me went inside the store and I checked where the guy went and he didn’t went to the cashier, he went inside the store to shopping. Very disappointed !!! I never had any problem before but now I’ll prefer to order online if’s possible.

They just double charged me and the discount I’ve had for years is now NON-Exsistent........ they said they voided the transaction like it never happened. Called my bank and the charge is still on my card........ now I have to dispute it!!!!Something changed recently and for me spending $50,000 before on the same account I’m getting screwed now?Please take my advice. Find a new store. These burn-outs are a joke.

Great competitive prices, knowledgeable employees, and an all-around great atmosphere make this local hydro store the go-to spot! From big to small scale, their full lines of nutrients, equipment, and know-how have made a difference in how I shop and support local businesses. For over 13 years I have been coming here for various items, and always am greeted with new products and stoked smiles!

Oh where to start.... They know there stuff. If you tell them what your doing you will be amazed when they tell you not to spend 500 on this and get that for 120 and it will work just as good. Returning customers get a discount which is always great, everything helps! Knowlage is great in the store, everyone seems to know whats up and not just a sales guy. Very happy I walked in this business because they have a new lifetime customer!

I'm wondering why these other reviews talk about their low pricing???? For starters none of their prices are clearly marked(BBB issue?) and I figured out that it's because they try to pull a fast one over you...don't belive me? ask for a price check on a product and casually ask someone else. One positive note, they do carry a wide variety of products and supplies.

This place is the go to hydro shop in the beaches area for San Diego, they have other locations all over the county. If you are spending more than Pocket Change they give you great deals that make it worth just buying from them versus the internet and hunting down deals. Ask them when they're sales are because the deals that are insane!

Well This is my second time in this shop. I really like these guys. I space out sometimes... Im generally an online guy. But these prices are truly hard to beat when you shop with these guys. The only disappointed is first time I was there I should have took the advise sooner to switch to Rockwool cubes and liquid nutrients but i space out man. I'm pretty novice to growing hydroponic much cleaner no knats and no larva is a major plus slowing growth.I will not be doing indoor organics again do to knats. Pots and rotting organics make a huge target for knats inside. With new set of needs I'm confident that they know what I'll need during veg and bloom . Feels like family/home. This has been a dream of mine sense I was very young Thanks guys.

I entered the store with a rough idea in mind for my garden. The staff, and particularly the manager Ryan, suggested several satisfactory options within my budget. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with a knowledge and enthusiasm that instills confidence. I am certain that SD Hydroponics was by far the single largest contributor to my success, I look forward to recommending their services to friends and family.

so i hope you guys like spider mites :) bc this place is crawling with them from the min you walk in they are leaping onto your clothes and ready to come home to your garden or ridding along with what ever you purchased from the store, i seen them all over there grow tents/ anything growing inside as well as in front where you walk in. i might also add that the people working in this shop are very paranoid, its impossible to talk to them about there products with out one of them asking if you are a cop. i tried to ask some simple questions about nutes and they where way off topic trying to get me to buy nutes that i did not need. thats three strikes in my book your out san diego hydro!
