My friend is staying there for recovery. The place is dirty. Her food trays from the morning did not get removed to the evening. She is on a strict diet and they constantly gave her the wrong food. Sh... more

My friend is staying there for recovery. The place is dirty. Her food trays from the morning did not get removed to the evening. She is on a strict diet and they constantly gave her the wrong food. She picked up c.dif. and is now being taken to the ER because of the horrendous care that are giving. She has asked for water and one time it took 5 hours to get and the next time 2 hours. Her son who is a doctor from out of state had to call them to have her taken to the hospital. Whatever you do not put your love one in this facility!!! The family will be making the necessary complaints about to the proper authorities.

Treated my 73 y/o grandmother very poorly. Just had a back surgery, she had to use the rest room so she pulled her cord. Over an hour later the lady who worked there came in and said "what?" She said in her grandma voice "I need to use the restroom" the lady then replied with a "then go..." my gma responded with "I need help I can only walk a couple feet." This is a huge problem. If anyone acts like this in the healthcare field then they need to switch jobs immediately! You respect your elders! You think they want someone helping them wipe their ass? Yep that's what they always wanted in life..how undignified. If you know that this was you and are reading this then you really should be ashamed of yourself. Your water trash!
