Wanted so bad to support this establishment and what it "could" be representing. But after being sold 3 jars of CBD salve that later was noticed were expired, as it is an organic substance, and further being given a fantastic run around full of false information by their employees, my faith in them is massively tarnished. The jars I purchased were Mother Earth Farms THC/CBD mix salve made for joint and muscle relief. All three were sold to me at full price, and one of them was past the expiration date, as well as the other 2 left me with no more then 2 weeks to use by. As the establishment explained that I have no grounds to complain about the 2 bottles of salve bought days before the use by date, and as well attempted to back it up by comparing the sold by date on milk, and the use by date on salve (which are two completely different things, whereas you can easily drink milk with a couple of days, and be done with it thus possibly miss the actual rotting point....but 4oz bottle of salve expected to be used up in the matter of 2-4 days before it's use by date expires is nearly impossible....especially when it is literally designed to not be slathered on, but rubbed in daily as maintenance) needless to say, my faith in them is now gone. There is a lot of conflicting studies and science out there for everyone, but when you decide to run a business, and hopefully an honest, educated, and dependable one, you cannot sell goods for a high premium when they are ether past their use by date, or 2 days from....in the case of a salve. Shame on you Sea change. You can promote the millions of benefits of Cannabis all you like....but if your not going to educate yourself properly, and or run an ethical business, then you doing more harm then good for the cause....and just flat out being a bad business.
