If you like a quality food and produce, I suggest you try Seaside. And you haven't had good tri tip until you have had their Cardiff crack. Their meat and fish case is the best in North county.Their cold to go meals and their hot take out makes it so you don't ever have to cook. I highly suggest you visit, but remember to bring your wallet.

Speciality market.. ORDER THE CARDIFF CRACK! Oh my goodness! It is thinly sliced tri tip. On a cappa frappa fru fru roll. Quite often restaurants and specialty food retailers take themselves too seriously. They take great central California beef and put it on a roll that you can't pronounce the name. Charge you big money for the privilege of eating their wares. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! This is a serious sandwich that's a little pricy. $8-9. BUT SOOOOO WORTH IT! You WILL beat yourself cross eyed with your tongue it's THAT GOOD! Tell grandma it's ok to order crack! At CARDIFF SEASIDE MARKET (Deli area), this is an real eaters sandwich. For those of you that order 3 grapes and a slice of cheese and call it lunch.... Get outta the way... This is a real sandwich.

SAFE SHOPPING ! My wife and I headed over here around midday to pick up a few things including fresh produce. The car park was pretty full which is a good sign these guys are busy. We had our face coverings on as did everyone else waiting in line ( at least 6 feet between marked lines ) to get in. After a couple of minutes we were ushered in by the security dude at the door. They now have social distancing lines on the floor and direction arrows in the aisles so they have ramped things up to a high level. We loved it ! While my wife was picking out the fruit & veggies we needed I wandered over to the meat / seafood counter to see what they had in the way of Shrimp. My wife wanted some Colossal White Shrimp ( 8-10 Shrimp to a lb ) but I couldn't see any in the display case. When we both came back together I asked a guy behind the counter if he had any huge jumbo size shrimp out the back.....and he said yes. Turns out they were in a big 5 lb frozen clump so the guy said to give it about 15 minutes and we could grab a few. And when I saw them they were huge suckers ! My wife was very happy...and so was I because I will be eating a few after she cooks them. I also picked up a 12 oz bag of the excellent Marea Coffee "Momentum" (Dark Roast) whole roasted coffee beans and my wife grabbed an Organic Herb Roasted Chicken. We bought a couple of pre-wrapped Quiche slices for lunch at home. It was a safe enjoyable shopping trip !

I was at the seaside market earlier today and it was a pleasant experience. There was a small line to get in but they moved us along quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the gave everyone a mask and gloves for a save shopping experience. I’ve always loved this market and today was no exception. The selections are awesome and staff exceptional.

This is flat out one of the best independent grocery stores I have set foot in. The selection across departments is excellent. The people are human and the owner is extremely personable. I met him during my last visit to pour wine with the buyer Steve, and greatly enjoyed the visit. Steve, it should be said, is one of my favorite tasters in the business. He's got a strong olfactory memory, and looks for product worthy of this great shopping experience. Bravo to this place. Definitely shop here.

My favorite grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff always make for a plesant shopping experience. Great selection of items for the health-conscious shopper. Amazing selection of produce, Meats, Cheese's and an amazing Deli assortment basically leaves you with no option other than to eat more healthy food. For more than 20 years I have never had a bad experience at Cardiff Seaside Market which really does say a lot about a business and their principal values.

CARDIFF CRACK!!!! Alright, enough said. Go get your crack....Oh and their deli is basically another form of crack. So, make sure you get all the good crack before it’s gone!!!AHHHHHH AHHHHHHH

This place is like a liquor store disguised as a grocery store. I have to give them some credit for trying though, sure they have some fruit and veggies and prepared food but you can't just shake the huge alcohol presence at the end of every aisle. It's obvious they care more about their selection of booze than anything else as most other things are of a poor quality selection. If booze is your thing then this store will be great for you. More like the Cardiff seaside liquor market to me.

So this local store is a hot spot in Cardiff, they have the best food and service in town. They are always busy with some of the most yummy prepared foods and a bakery to DIE FOR. As well as that they have the famous Cardiff Crack Tri Tip Beef which is life changing to say the least. A bbq on Tuesday for Taco Tuesday and on Saturday and Sunday, the Cardiff Crack is outside ready to eat on the patio with bands most weekend weather permitting. A must stop and see.

Cardiff Crack, aka - Burgundy peppered Tri tip. That is the main reason I come here. You can buy it ready to cook, or you can get a sandwich from the deli. On the weekends they are grilling the tri-tip fresh outside - so come smell the BBQ!The Original BBQ Crack sandwich itself has generous portions of super tender tri tip, topped with the seaside bbq sauce, crispy fried onions, on a fluffy soft brioche bun. Yes its worth the 15-20 minute drive from my house!The Deli has a massive variety of food options, veggies, vegan, pre-prep, ready to eat, take home and reheat, sides for your BBQ sandwich lunch, for any occasion - you have to see it to believe for yourself.I've purchased tri tip on several occasions, and cooked at home and its always a winner! It may sound a bit on the pricey side, but its worth every cent! I'm also a really big fan of their giant cookies which they generously stock at the deli and the check out line, so you cant miss those either.Store is always really clean, and despite how small/tight the parking lot seems - i have always managed to find a spot without having to drive in circles.
