Been coming for years and love their products, but they closed the gate on me 8 minutes before closing. I chose to come to this dispensary since it's one of my favorites and i knew i could get here before closing. Guy at the gate said they close the gates 5 minutes before they close, but it was 7:52pm. It's not even 5 till and the gate was closed before i got there. Sad to say that i will be going elsewhere since this is on the way home.

Avoid this business at all costs if you value your health. A friend of mine was just there, and their door guy proceeded to laugh at her when she expressed concerns about people not social distancing or wearing masks in their business. Not only did he mock her concerns, he removed his own mask to do so. I will never spend money here, and I will be relaying these concerns to WSLCB immediately as well. You should be ashamed and lose the privilege of doing business during this pandemic.

The lack of correct menu prices was extremely frustrating! I drove 45 minutes out only to be told that the price on the menu was incorrect even after showing the menu along with the item being an item they had in stock. I totally understand if inventory runs out, but to me it is evident that cheap menu prices are used to lure customers into the store, without any intentions of honoring prices on their menu.

Have been going to this dispensary for years now. I have spent thousands with the company since my first visit in 2017. I am loyal and consistent with my business with them. Today I went in and was making my selections and chatting with one of the associates at the counter. The owner/GM asked the associate to help the customer behind me before she finished with me. My perception is that he felt like we were talking to long which is a reprehensible approach to customer service. There were registers he could have hopped on and helped (as a responsible manager would) but instead he felt the need to dismiss my business to help someone spending half the amount I was. There is so much competition out there and they don’t offer anything special. If you value customer service please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Parking and pre-roll deals are about the biggest perks here, plus their deals on high potency oils set them apart. Otherwise, their happy hour is kind of restricted to what they're promoting and the BT's aren't knowledgeable. More of a turnkey operation. The staff are all very nice, but if you have specific needs, or need any kind of in depth direction, they aren't the ones to give you the advice you're seeking beyond very surface knowledge.

This place has hella good prices. Best deals around by far, sometimes they have $12 quarters and $50 ounces of some decent stuff and fukin deals on the more premium stuff too. The staff is always nice, sometimes there is a line because it's so busy but the workers are diligent and knowledgeable so the line moves quickly. The place is always clean, the fully fenced parking lot feels secure and safe even though you're in kind of a sketchy neighborhood. So far they haven't started scanning IDs and collecting all your data so that's nice too.

We came up from Northern California for a week. I looked online and found this shop...what a Surprise!!!!, prices were fantastic, can't find prices like this in Calif. I worked as Security for 5 years @ a club in Sonoma County,that place stinks compared to this shop. Tonics is Top Shelf. I will be back and will stop in every time. The Staff was Great. NICE JOB!!!!

Bought 28G of blazed blueberry DJ short and over 15 grams of it was moldy. Called in to talk to the manager and all she said was that they looked though several bags and couldnt find mold.. I offered to bring it in and they said it wouldnt do me any good because they dont do returns. Even though none of the weed was taken out of the bag yet. They didnt offer a new bag or anything. I brought the bag back half full with all the moldy weed i sorted for them to see gave it to the owner and she had nothing to say other than "do you have the recipt?" So after all this they said instead they would give me points on my account. Based off this experience 1 star and have a look at these photos.

Buying weed doesn’t have to be painful. Someone needs to tell the folks at this terrible shop that their customers aren’t criminals. I usually go down the street to Oceans Greens (excellent shop I heartily recommend), but I got lazy today and stopped here because it was closer. BIG MISTAKE! The guy asking for my ID didn’t ask, he demanded. The budtender made sure that I knew I was to look at their display cases and not bother her with questions. Really, this place is hands-down the absolute WORST I’ve been to in Seattle.
