I am giving one star because one of your products has the most terrible packaging design - PRUF CULTIVAR 5 half gm pre-rolls - it was impossible to open - had to battle it with a knife. I know I am paying for the price in the product price, the least I ask is you test your packaging for ease of opening before you roll it out to the general public

I would recommend that Serra hires a more approachable and friendly hostess when greeting customers coming in to the Belmont location. Also, I'd recommend Serra hires staff that are confident in selling their products. Specifically, we asked the budtender which cartridges are going to last and work properly, etc. She mentioned that two of their cartridges have been sent back because they were faulty but that "It could be user error". She also assured us that the cartridge we purchased would not break on us and less than a week later it hardly works. We have to open up the cartridge, and inhale at least 15 times in order to get any vapor smoke to come through the cartridge. Lastly, the budtender made us feel like she was doing us a favor by allowing us to swipe a credit card instead of pay with cash. There are way too many options for weed shops in Portland, we won't be returning any time soon.

Portland has sooo many cannabis shops to choose from, but I stick with Serra and always take out of town friends there. The staff are all cheerful, helpful, and informative—very customer-focused. The selection is great, and the quality is excellent. I mostly buy flower, but they do have a house-brand gumdrop that’s regularly in my cabinet. And the stores are stylish, fun shopping experience.

I love this dispensary! It was the first one I went to after legalization, and I was a complete noob. They were patient with me, and asked a lot of good questions, and made me feel comfortable asking questions, myself. I also love that they have a lot of strains that are for different types of healing - pain relief, anxiety, etc. Highly (hehe) recommended!

They always have what I am looking for with rare exceptions. The staff is courteous and helpful. I like their incentive program. I go to both the Belmont and Downtown dispensary. 11/8/18 - Continue to go to Serra as they carry the product line that I use and I still like their rewards program and consider their staff to remain courteous and helpful.

Serra is my absolute go to. They’re in my neighborhood and I can’t express how well ALL the employees go above and beyond to establish the sense of community between the business and their patrons. Manuel, in particular is my absolute favorite. Over the year or so of visiting Serra’s, everyone is warming and incredibly welcoming, but Manuel is an employee that goes above and beyond. He takes time to learn more about his regular patrons and their needs and in extension, provides not only a feel of community, but the esteem of a family. It’s this esteem that originally set Portland, Oregon’s impression in the world.All those wonderful words aside, admittedly, they can be a bit pricey, however- they ALWAYS provide a great deal on a strain or so. Another reason I prefer this place over any else in Portland, is due to the fact of my sensitivity. There’s a lot of cultivators that rush the flush of the flower to harvest ASAP.. I’m super sensitive to flowers that have not been flushed properly- I literally get sick, restricted breathing and nausea for a few days.. I’ve been visiting Serra’s for over a year with no problems-.. ever.

Great product in a great range of delivery methods, beautiful store, and still the people are even better. Well informed, genuinely kind, and good at finding the right level to help a wide variety of customers get what they want, and understand the options. From out of state visitors and folks trying it for the first time to folks who have very definite opinions, of all legal ages. it’s a joy to see them handle other customers so well, as well as enjoying their kindness to me. I’ve been visiting weekly for years, they have managed considerable turnover and always had good people. I’m only slow to review them because it’s difficult to be complimentary enough without just sounding goofy goshwow. But honestly, I leave them for the end of my shopping day, because they wash away the crankiness from the rest of the shopping like I was visiting friends.

The shop is absolutely gorgeous, for one - I'd love to talk to their interior decorator. High end products and personalized service - this must be how people feel when they arrive at a high end hotel. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and can help you find the pot that makes you FEEL the way you want to. They're about providing you with an EXPERIENCE, not just a product.

I have been going to Serra since it opened and have never been displeased with the service or products that I have bought there. The employees are super knowledgeable and really make an effort into helping you find what you need. It is a little pricier that some other places but I think their product is more superior and you get what you pay for. The design of the place is beautiful to boot. I always recommend this place to all my friends and out of towners.
