While visiting from Canada I knew I wanted to stop at a dispensary and experience this for myself. I walked into Serra and felt automatically comfortable, welcomed and staff were extremely friendly. I had a great time and was impressed at how informative, professional and lay back the staff also conducted business. I highly recommend this place. Products are of the best quality and so much selection to choose from. FYI the Dark chocolates are delicious!

I've been here several times. The staff is really remarkably knowledgeable about all their products. And they all bring a professionalism to the dispensary .... well except for one guy who seemed to have been sampling product just a bit too much. Always great product, reasonable prices....great staff! I'll keep coming back.

Very clean store, friendly staff, great product. I left a book in the store and didn't realize till I flew home; they shipped it back to me and even covered the shipping charge! Will definitely recommend to those I know in the area.

Big shout-out to Amy. I struggle with anxiety and finding the right strains to calm me down. Her incredible knowledge, and kind, friendly service, made my experience a relaxed and enjoyable one. I felt listened to, her recommendations were spot on, and the selection of product was awesome. Also, the interior is gorgeous.

Very friendly and informative. They didn't seem overly pushy or just concerned with sales. Answered all of my many questions and then made suggestions based on my line of questioning. Very clean, flowing layout, that matches the staff! They were running a good special and had a great variety. Glad I stayed close and set the bar high by stopping here first.

This place is amazing! The store is beautiful and I love the plant wall! The customer service is really good. The guy spent 20 minutes with us answering our questions. He was very knowledgeable. If you go during the first hour of opening you get 10% off your entire purchase!
