Toxic vibes from the staff. Everyone seems very paranoid, and I guess it's due to the homeless and Drug using population in the neighborhood.The same boring offerings of buds. Management is unresponsive to customer needs, and is very corporate and their mentality. There are much much better places to secure excellent flower.Their " purveyor of fine drugs" is an especially insulting slogan. That alone should give you a clue as to who operates Serra and Electric Lettuce.There's no love at this place, and the look is aseptic.

I love Serra Downtown, I visited the second location before and it is a lovely place as well. But Serra in Downtown Portland, OR. is the best. Great experience each time I have been. Unfortunately I live in Kansas City, Missouri (not Kansas, lol) so I don't get to visit as much as I would like. It is my first stop everytime I go to Portland for work. The people are awesome, very knowledgeable about everything in the store, ready to help you get just what you need. Definitely recommend Serra Dispensary Downtown. I wish we had Serra here in KC. I get compliments on my Serra blue t-shirt everytime I wear it. Quality Drugs all the way.

Walked in the store and bought a cartridge. Everything was great until I got outside the store. I opened the package and the cartridge was not filled to the correct amount. I walked back in the store a minute after making the purchase and they told me it’s too late we can’t help you. You opened the package. I can’t see it unless I open it. I don’t open it in the store. I assume it’s good. We compared it to another cartridge and it was definitely not the same amount. The manager said you can buy another one at a discount but I don’t want another one. He said he can’t help me. I’m so disappointed with this service. The manager also seemed stoned and the other team member who sold me the cartridge was sober and said ya it’s not the same amount but the manager was adamant it was good.

A beautiful establishment and a highly knowledgeable staff. There are some great deals there too, so don't let the ambiance and location make you think the prices are outrageous, I've found some of my best bulk deals here. It is a more curated collection though, so don't expect some back wall our glass cabinet counter with virtually limitless options.

Had the caramel edibles with just over 5mg of THC and double the amount of CBD. It was a perfect buzz to walk around the city and to have some snacks and beer. We bought 3 pre rolls for 15$ and bought a gold lighter. Def wasn't the most friendly staff at a dispensary I've interacted with which could be intimating if you are new to weed or CBD products.

BE WARNED: Quality Drugs atm destroys customer cards. Don't be deceived if the employees try to convince you it's some sort of anomaly, or that 'it's probably your card.' No its not your card. It's the machine, which put me through the unnecessary hassle of ordering a new one. Customer service was adequate and the "quality" products mediocre at best. That being said, as a trans woman I did note the intersectional visibility and diversity of women is strong there -which counts as a huge positive. It's also the singular reason my rating wasn't lower.

I have worked in the cannabis industry for going on 3 years now, I have never been in a store this incredible before. Very clean and well lit shop, maintained very well by the staff. INCREDIBLE selection on products. The quality of this cannabis is the best I have seen in any store to date. I was helped by Tony, he was very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back to this store! Officially my choice as the BEST DISPENSARY IN OREGON.

Serra hands down is one of the best Cannabis experiences in the country. They have done an incredible job curating an abundance of A+ flower with very clever guides to help describe each strains various effects. This shop is a perfect stop for both experienced and novice cannabis users. The only thing more impressive then the beautifully designed stores are the well trained and staff. I’ve visited this location since it’s opening and am impressed at the consistent level of expertise each staff member offers. Go out of your way to visit Serra!

Being that I was visiting from California I found this place to be one of the best. Soon as I stepped in the place I was greeted. The weed selection was awesome , felt like a kid in a candy store. I live in Sacramento and all weed is pre-packed due to laws in California so a lot of times there’s a chance you can get stale weed. I’d very much have to say that I loved Serra as a dispensary and can’t wait to come back. Loved my all gold lighter!

Love the store, got the individual attention I needed for my purchase with my blindness even in a fairly popular store. Worth the long trip to my old home in Portland keep it Weird but clean and thank you for everything. I make the trip when I visit from the coast and I enjoy it. GREAT info on strains.
