They get a low rating. I ordered from here i got sick the next morning with diarrhea. I advise cooks to wear gloves and practice more better hygiene and cleanliness. The mexican man that handed my food hands where dirty touching money then running back to toss the dough for the next customer. These restaurants are pitiful mangers need to be inform and practice more regulation. Dirty people dirty food

Worst experience ever you get an estimated on time of delivery which is always off by 30 minutes to 50 minutes. When you call to see what's going on, they always say the driver already left give 6 minutes which turns into 20-30 mintues still no pizza. Pizza Huts is more timely and considerate of thier customers time. Thanks for wasting my time and i still had to go out and get something after waiting over 1hour or so.

False Advertisement, I Paid in Full $30 No Bueno.I asked in regards to where is my 50% off discount Online after I paid in full, obvious there must be a catch, right? Pay full price now and get half off the 2nd pizza maybe? Well, Lynwood Store said it was up to ME to place the Coupon in order to get the promotion! Sh* F* WOW!No Discounts after order Was Paid in Full, No Apologies, No Real Assistance.So, how was I supposed to know about the coupon when it displays to place order online. NO COUPON MENTIONED "LAST DAY TO PLACE ORDER"I was starving and ready to eat! Never expected to spend $30 for a Med Pizza and 8 wings. Dang it.How will Dominoes reply to this AD?

So, I just order my pizza, and the guy handling the money takes care of me and other customers right, now after taking care of a few customers this same guy moves to handle the pizza dough WITH OUT!, let me be clear.... WITH OUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!! ... as I'm writing this I see the guy work with his bare hands, more customers come in , and he just moves to handle more money!....so after a few minutes of handling orders, WITH OUT washing his hands.... he is on it again....... .. well... i feel sorry for you all but I will not buy here ever again...btw the pics I attach are of the guy I'm talking about...

Used to like this place but my recent 2 orders arrived messed up. My chicken parm sandwich literally had 4small pieces of chicken. This is the correct sandwich after they messed up the first one and gave me the wrong one.. the photo depicts the other half of the sandwich. Debating on filing a chargeback with my bank. This is completely unacceptable..

If I could give no stars to this location i would! My credit card was charged twice for an order today and after so much frustration with being transferred from Supervisor to Manager,nothing was resolved! They kept almost $20 for an order i cancelled because they had overcharged me! I still have the picture of my statement and nothing was refunded from the second transaction! The supervisor said i was Supposedly lying to his manager even after i mentioned that i would take him my statement to prove I wasn’t and he started to speak to him in spanish! Little did his moron ass know i was HISPANIC! Overchargement was done thru Martin, Francisco was the useless supervisor and Alfredo was the manager whom said would call back to double check the order and never did!

I order from this Domino's quite frequently, but my last two orders were bad the pizzas barely had cheese or any toppings and one pizza was even burnt. I decided to give it another try today but I have been waiting for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind I place my order online so I don't wait so long . I always get the the pizza within 12-20 minutes. But this time there's another 50 minute wait! And there are other people here waiting much longer than I have. Horrible!

I order regularly from this location. Almost every Friday like clockwork. I've waited over 2 hours for delivery before. I get it they're busy. Today I called after 2 hours of placing my order because I got a notification basically saying my food had been delivered. I wanted to make sure there was no confusion and to make sure the driver was still coming so I called the store. The person who answered insured me the driver would arrive within 20 minutes after I explained to her my concern about the app updated me and notifying me of deliver which has never happened before. After the 20 minutes pass I called back only to be dismissed by the manager.

I have had positive experiences prior to this current one. I placed an order online everything was almost accurate and ready in a timely with one exception, the amount of sauce on my pizza was ridiculously scarce. Then when trying to resolve the problem with then store there were minor road blocks. I won't be returning or ordering from that store again.
