Customer Service is below Adequate, I called before I came in to make sure my Medicine did not have any seeds or shake. They distributor that I spoke said it did not so I drove from Colorado Springs to pick it up and when I got back and opened it most of the bottom was shake which wasn’t the issue but it had seeds in it! The Manager of the 719 store told me that there are seeds in there Platinum Shelf strains! I spent 120$ on a Oz of weed that has seeds and shake! Waist of Time and Money. First and Last Time!

Though it was my first time there and I was getting medical, I was quite disappointed actually... I placed my order when I got there because they had to put me in thier system... as far as that goes it was great the guy behind the glass was very polite even tho I seemed to have inconvenienced him... when I got my order and checked it out I was extremely disappointed... I paid more for STEM WEIGHT than I did flower... just in 1 of the quarters i got i had almost 2 GRAMS OF STEM WEIGHT! Then to top it all off i had BARE STEMS that were in my quarters... dont think i will ever go back... unless it's just totally LAST RESORT...

I have been there twice and both times it was a terrible, uncomfortable experience the whole way around. The most concerning problem is that the THC content percentages shown on the different strains in the store are totally different than what's on the labels on the same exact product after you buy it!!! Whaaaaat???? I actually brought this up thinking maybe I was reading it wrong, but the associates had no explanation!!! UNREAL! Then, they try to move people through as fast as possible, without any time to look at the products. It's less personable and classy than a MacDonald's drive thru. I literally felt like I was in some type of race. It's a joke! The people that work there all have serious attitude problems, aren't the least bit polite, and shouldn't be working in retail period. It is the worst dispensary by far around here.

A bit of a hassle getting into the place. So First you walk into the entrance to show your ID to a person behind glass, they then buzz you into a waiting room. Stood in waiting room for about 5 minutes, finally was called into the next locked room. This final room was where their products were at. After the teller check ID again was able to make my purchases. Their selection was good and the edibles I got tasted great and worked as advertised. Overall good place just a slow process

Been there a handful of times now, first time was brought in from a weedmaps deal which they always seem to have. I really liked what I got for the price and it was even better the next time, but after that the quality got more and more seedy. Made me sad this time only because I spent the last of my money to find the most seeds I've ever seen in a bud from a dispensary. It's worth paying extra for the higher shelves, and they do advertise that its seedy but it just wasnt this bad last time :( besides that they're a cool spot with some decent deals

The short chick that's new has a real bad attitude problem. The medical flower has seeds and there's never any nug left, so I regretfully switched dispensaries. I don't like harsh bud nor seeds popping in my weed when I toke. What happened to the weed and great service? We want the old 719 back! You guys are even losing your regulars who have been shopping there for years. Remember, recreational wouldn't be there if isn't wasn't for medical! I don't even shop here any more - except for Raw cones, which they were sold out of when I called last week.

I've been here a few times and while I love the staff and the setup I'm not particularly fond of the type of buds labeled as platinum shelf specifically because the strain I selected(mixed berry) appeared to have way more leaves and stems than actual buds. That in my experience reduces the potency that the strain itself is capable of producing. The trimmers in this case should have a more refined technique when its apparent the plant produces smaller buds.
