They were very nice, even after I had a freak out. Make sure you have every text and email they send you for the entire process. In the 2 min from when I entered to getting my products, they had sold out and that was apparently because of one number that I had at the beginning and then deleted before checking out. In those couple of minutes, my order was half gone so we apparently were out of luck. Which might have been ok but in these COVID times, I was ordering for a half dozen people and didn’t have everyone’s substitute order. So I was stressed out and in my mask and sweating and they were very nice to deal with me. Make sure you keep all your info until you are literally done.
