I always forget about this spot, even though I live within blocks. It is unassuming and friendly, proper on the selection and prices, and you would walk right past it. I have always walked away happy, although twice I consulted the online menu and was disappointed when I got there because they did not have what was listed. They easily had at least 2 awesome options instead, so eh..... and they are cozy and kinda weird in that the clerks dip somewhere and you are alone in the shop. Its cool though.

Def my fav go to shop! Love those guys!!Used to be. Since legalized this place went to pot? Staff always stoned beyond ability to function. No knowledge of product. Totally a joke. Owners are happy to take your money without providing decent service. There are much better shops close by. Avoid this sham!

Sarah is awesome. Super nice, knowledgable and professional. They have a decent selection and array of product, and their prices are fair to the market prices of SF. Used them for the first time the other day and had a great experience. Unfortunately I got a product that had an issue that I discovered the next day and they swapped it out no issue at all. It was refreshing to see a dispensary back their product like a legit business..lol. I had a similar issue with another dispensary's product and they refused to exchange a brand new item that was an obvious manufacturer defect and told me to deal with manufacturer direct. Long story short, I will be coming back for sure and as of now, the only place in the city I care to recommend. Keep up the great work guys! Cheers!

A complete disappointment, I'm bummed that I did not have a great experience like others. I stopped by here because it was the only one in the area I saw online, that had the specific vape pen I wanted, and I was also interested in an oil that was unfortunately sold out already. The employee we dealt with was rude, impatient, unfriendly a'f, and did not smile. When I asked about the oil I was interested in, she said "We don't got it" and that was it. Ok, well, why don't you offer alternatives, or make other suggestions?? Within a couple mins, I was all set with the pen, but my friend needed more time. He told her he wasn't sure what to get and tried to explain what he is looking for, but unfortunately, she didn't offer any suggestions. She kept tapping her knuckles on the counter while repeatedly asking "wutchu want?" and rolled her eyes a couple times. He decided not to buy anything because of how rude and unhelpful she was. If I wasn't so stubborn and hell-bent on getting the pen I wanted, I'd have given it back and walk out empty-handed. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what (idk her name, but she is a black female who looks like she's still in high school), but we will never return based on the treatment we received.

I am so disappointed with sffogg. Though they carry the product I want, their customer service is lacking greatly. I was not treated respectfully, nor helped with my problem which was a vape pen that had broken after a week. Turns out they know they are selling junk as the one I bought was pushed on me over the better one. I was told that tos type breaks but it was guaranteed. Not so, when I went to return it as they guaranteed, I was told to write the company for my refund!! Very shady business practices. I do not like it at sffogg. It feels like little kids are working there. There is zero sense of professionalism and the staff appears to only be serving the skateboard crowd. The rest of us clearly don't matter.

I can not recommend this collective to anyone as it appears the owner is a greedy SOB.I went to exchange a defective product (a vape cartridge) in accordance to the policy of the manufacturer. I even emailed the vape pen manufacturer before I went to confirm the exchange policy. (They told me to bring in the email instructing me to exchange the cartridge)when I got there the staff informed me that the owner would not honor the exchange. (they called them on the phone to confirm this)why this means is despite that nothing would change for the collective except they would hold the defective cartridges until the company exchanged them out costing them no moneyinstead they sent me out with my defective unusable cartridges, out time, gas $, toll # and parkingthanks for nothing SF FOGG!
