I really hate to give one star but after our visit, one star is being quite generous! After calling to confirm they were open! We were told to be there by 6pm! We arrived at 5 pm and we were told that they were closing early because, the doctor decided to take an early lunch! We tried to explain that we called to confirm that we would be seen and that we traveled20 miles to get there! We were then told to go to another urgent care! Ever since the unfortunate passing of Chuck! God rest his soul! This place has gone down hill! Just wish they had someone in there that was as passionate about there Job as Chuck.

Was referred to the Covina express care from the West Covina express care ( they were closed for two weeks) When we arrived they advised me that the only doctor available did not see patients under the age of sixteen. Since my daughter is only twelve years old. I had to find another urgent care. Next time i need to take any of my children to an urgent care I know where not to go.
