We interviewed several Home health caregiver organizations for my 91 year old dad and decided to go with Accredited Home Care-San Gabriel. They were by far the easiest to work with guiding me through all of the unknowns. James came to my home and helped me figure out how much and what type of care was needed. He asked a lot of personal questions regarding my dad’s habits, personality, and abilities, to insure a good match. He presented several financial options and hand held assistance in navigating the newly uncharted territory.The caregiver we were immediately matched with Noelle is excellent. We are so pleased with how she had overcome the challenges we had faced for months that we booked her for the next two weeks and then for the next month out. As a caregiver she is intellight, compassionate, persistent, firm, patient and very knowledgeable about all aspects of caregiving including PT and dietary needs. We were really impressed that she was able to enter into a situation with a lot of challenges and in 2 weeks able to create a solid trusting bond with my dad. We are hoping that she will remain with him for the rest of his life. I feel confident leaving my dad in her care. I finally have peace of mind knowing that he is in Noelle’s care. The support staff also created a seamless process. They made it easy to activate our long term care policy & arrange for financing so that the whole process was painless. Scheduling is also easy and I have everyone’s number in the event I need anything.I highly recommend Accredited Home Care due to their overall professionalism on every level from start to finish. I like that they take the guess work out of everything and make the process smooth and easy. They are improving the quality of life for not just my dad but my family as well. My family highly recommends Accredited.
