WORST customer service ever! I had a promotional flyer that included a 10% discount for 3 dispensaries through the end of May. Shake and Bake was the only dispensary that did not acknowledge the savings, stating that it only applied to certain items. NOWHERE on the flyer did it specify what items it could be used for. As a paying customer it's not my problem if your promotion is not explicitly clear. I'm really not tripping over 10%, it's the principle of it all. I asked if they would acknowledge it anyway and was politely told that a manager would have to be consulted. What turned me off the most was the manager's (Megan) tone and delivery of her decision, to say it was nasty would be an understatement. The funny part, I'm a nice tipper, I had initially planned to add the savings to the budtenders tip. That didn't happen. I won't be going back.

I love Shake & Bake! The budtenders are fantastic, kind, and very knowledgeable; Brandy and Theresa in particular are the best. Great deals on carts and a wide selection of flavors/strains/brands. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and unlike many other dispensaries, they make you feel comfortable taking your time and asking questions. Great selection of edibles and oils as well! 10/10 would recommend.

Tight and small service area but a really good and social staff who were pretty well informed when it came to choices. Both times there, no receipt was provided, that I don't like. A receipt would give me an inventory of transaction and a lot more comfort as I drive the 300 plus mi back home in Cinti. No way I want to open the stapled bag while traveling. Oil carts are good. The bud is good to really good. Hint: you need better pre roll gifts and shake, the shake appears to be ground leaves. Not good. Nice toasted brownie, not good (100 mg). Suckers, gushers good.

Great selection of bud and edibles. I've been coming since I got my card in 2013 I missed a few years, now I'm coming back again and it's just as good as it was when I stopped going (I got a dispensary job and didn't need to really go to another place). I absolutely love Bri and Mandy. Honestly they are the only bud tenders I like to serve me. Maybe because they already know me and can talk with me and help me find strands also they are very very nice.

Looked like maybe their first day or so of operation. Disorganized, and unpacking.... The young lady who helped me wasnt very knowledgable, or at least wasnt very forthcoming with it and had to be prodded for every little bit of information, as if she had never been asked those questions beforeCouldnt find a way to reply yet, so I will do it here. I HAVE been back since. The prices were exactly what I could hope for, was MUCH more organized, and people seemed to know what they were doing. 5 stars for sure.
