I was pleased to see them using masks and gloves and practicing safety. However this is the second time I received the wrong order. The bud tender was busy talking to her coworker instead of answering my questions. She didn’t seem to know a whole lot about cannabis which is fine, I know what I like. When I called to let them know they said they wouldn’t do anything since I didn’t pay for the product I didn’t receive which is true, but I won’t open the sealed bag until I’m home so you have to trust they include everything you asked for. Like a child you need to watch them carefully to make sure they give you the right product. Overall shady place, DONT recommend, I’m not giving them a third opportunity. Buyer beware.

Just came back for the first time since they changed names. Picked up 2 different strains .(purposely not telling you what strains)... they were very nice one in particular was a shot of good energy that made my work day outstanding!!!! Dig how clean things look.. competitive price points for what I purchased..definitely a upgraded experience than before..

I don't want to sound rude but the weed I got was terrible. The Wild Thai shake was the stoniest of the bunch, and it wasn't very stoney. I rolled the flower in a paper and I didn't cough, the paper didn't turn brown, there really wasn't any feedback. It was like smoking air. The other shake was god awful. It was literally just twigs and leaves and stems, it would have been better to use it for keef. I also kinda feel ripped off, like because I am an outsider I didn't get the best deal I could, like I was given the "full price" just because I wasn't "in the know" on how to get a better price. I had some flower leftover from California, an ounce I got for $110, and it was very stoney, so I know it wasn't just me and my tolerance.It felt more like visiting a business and being up-selled the junk for profit than going to a friend's house and getting a good deal. Again, I'm not trying to be mean, it's just how I feel about it.Just like the reviews say though, the employees were very nice. I'll give them that.Have a nice day.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to know how friendly the staff was. They felt very knowledgeable and upfront about products they personally prefer and have no tried. I have no complaints and love the upscale look, feel, and just overall quality of the shop. Their prices seem reasonable to me, though I don't have much experience with other locations so be sure to do your research.

I love the people here! The budtenders are very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. And if the budtender helping you can't answer your question, there's another one who probably can. They are more educated on the medicine side of things than most places I've been to as well. They have great selection and it's always changing! I highly recommend Defyne!

My eldery mother has become I'll and developed an allergic reaction to pain killers, I wanted to have her try a CBD to see if it could help her like it has so many other people, but this business does NOT believe in the second amendment of the constitution of the United States of America, they refused entry unless I left my EDC Sidearm and Kbar out in my car, yet wouldn't have been responsible if they were stolen from their parking area.Places like DEFYNE & TOP GOLF that don't believe in the 2nd ammendment are REQUIRED to post a NO WEAPON sign so that everyone knows that they are against the US Constitution, Top Golf does have signage where DEFYNE does NOT!Please do NOT do business with any business that doesn't fully support all constitutional LAWS, when you patronize these places your make a statment against American Rights!They have a right to ask people to leave LEGAL weapons outside of their store, after all it's their constitutional right, even if they do want to restrict others from the their same rights as Americans, however such a business shouldn't fly an American Flag out front of their place of business in my opinionThank You That is all.You are now returned to your regularly scheduled thingy!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
