I’ve always had a great experience here the workers are all very polite, they have helpful tips, and overall give a friendly and good vide. They have all sorts of good stuff and even better if you come in on the right day you might have a discount on certain products. I live in Glendale and wouldn’t usually go here but I have a relative who lives near by so when I visit I make a stop to re-up, if I had to go out of my way ever for my cannabis I would come here never can go wrong with this place.

My favorite dispensary not only because of the convenience but the customer service and attention to detail is awesome. From security to the bus tenders I always have a great experience and feel welcomed. Leslie always gives great recommendations, friendly and knowledgeable. Been going here for about 2 months , I go here every day , I buy high indoor grown raw flower . I have seen great inconsistency with them keeping a variety of high quality 28% t.h.c indoor grown strains . Once I find a brand like 22red at 28.488 T.H.C % for about two weeks , it finishes and the next new batch comes in at 23.000 % THC level still at 54$ per 8th .. then they me an avid indoor grower that in has told to them by the grower that it is impossible to keep t.h.c levels consistent and that's not entirely true , maybe some points off but 5-6 points less and still over priced . This has been the case with several high end flower brands you Carry Elivate , at 54$+ spent daily , I should be getting what I want every visit . Now I've started to explore other shops and I had great results . This shop has great customer service and it feels safe because of the armed security , but if you forget your child safety bag , they make buy a new one with your purchase & that has got expensive at 2.50$+ per bag . So I give a over all 3 star review and I feel much better at the new shop HHC I think it is called ,off sepulvida Blvd and Sherman way in van nuys

They are not called Elevate. It's Cana Sylmar. Shop is very nice and clean inside. Fully stocked location with friendly staff and good products. For the most part, when buying flower they usually always have a sample for you to see, touch and smell which is opposite of what some reviews say. Everytime I'm in that part of town, this is my shop. 🙌👍🖤

This place Iiterally has the largest selection of cannabis products of any fully compliant shop I've visited in the Los Angeles area. They have excellent daily deals. The shop is clean and organized. Plus, they're willing to price match with other fully complaint shops , which no other shop is willing to do. Makes it easy to get the highest quality products for the best donations in one spot.

It was very low key and I loved how bright it was inside . So much product to choose from !! I think I have found my shop . And for people complaining about the "exit " the exit is clearly marked , and for the bad review about "change" , when in doubt speak it out . People make mistakes if you feel something is wrong say it . Overall I had a wonderful experience

Went for the first time and was not impressed. 3 girls (bartenders) working, who don't greet or acknowledge the customers. My friend and I were the only 2 people standing in the shop while they were all on there phones and talking to each other, looked at us, and carried on with their phones. After we asked for assistance we were shown some product and received a 20% discount off of our first purchase. Got home, the bud was old and DRY! Not the best experience.

Love love love love loveeee💕💕💕 this place! Now Ive only tried 3 other dispensaries. But of those four places this one really stands out. The people are super nice, and knowledgeable. And the prices are amazing! But everything is still super high quality! Shout out to Sierra and shannon! They are the best!

They need a sign, I had to call and have a staff member give me directions from the parking lot. Super bright inside, way too much flourescent lighting. The exit is unmarked so I had to figure out which of 3 doors to exit through. First time patient? You'll get a free plastic bag, worth $1. The staff member I saw wasn't super helpful and was pretty unprofessional, barely had any clothes on and seemed more interested in the song playing loudly (both of which were super distracting). I was not impressed with the product & wouldn't recommend. I feel like this place has potential but definitely needs a lot of work
