My fiance got me some chocolate covered strawberries from this location for Valentine's Day. The strawberries were old and mushy under the chocolate. Then several days later I noticed that my card had been double charged. My fiance called the location and spoke to someone that was no help. He then tried to call customer service and was left on hold for 20 minutes before the line just disconnected and now can't get through to talk to anyone. So long story short as of right now we paid over $100 for terrible chocolate covered strawberries and their customer service doesn't seem concerned about it.

Came here a few times and not great customer serviceI told the girl I had a coupon and to try it since I remembered it and she said it didn't work when I got home I looked at my coupon and it was right and not expired.Anyway I ended getting the special on the window which was gross

2-27-19 Very poor service. Arrived at 5:20 no one was at the front counter. I waited about 3 minutes and then someone came out and told me they'd be right out. A few minutes later the same person helped me. I ordered 12 chocolate covered fruits at 5:26. This person told me it would take about 45 minutes. I returned at 6:10. Once again no one was at the front counter. I waited the same amount of time and another person checked on my order. The original person came out and told me it would just be a few minutes at 6:27. I finally got my order at 6:32 I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a different order than usual for my husband on fathers day. Had to call and fix the delievery date. I emailed and received no response. I called and received no response. I then reached out to customer service and got a hold of someone. I asked to be called by the store to confirm tge correction in my order. Didnt get a response. Called day of and was informed delievery would be therw in between 12 and 1. My hasband is off by 2 so I was very specific as to the time frame. Called back at 1:20 no delievery. Asked to speak to the manager and of course no one is there. Driver calls me and says he cant be there by time i have paid for . Then laughs as if this is hilarious to him. Its father's day and you ruined my gift from his foyr year old daughter and you find it funny. I have ordered the last 4 times and every time it has been wrong. I will NEVER go back to this company Ever again. When i asked to be refunded to a specific card she does it to pay pal. Thats not what i asked for and had to tell her that. Im specific for a reason. You destroyed a tradition that we have carried in our family for 3 generations and now im forced to start a new one. Im tired of your apology while you still messed up my order. To top it off your driver gives me a different name than you did while hes laughing. You tell me...are you satified? Happy? Coming back? Never will I EVER. Thanks for wasting my money that I now have to wait up to 7-14 days is what I was quoted for my refund. Thanks for not listening. Most important thanks for finding it hilarious that this special day is runied and to you its no big deal. Buyer warning. Do not contact me via response of this. Have the balls to call me Id like to hear what management has to say. Best reguards. Unsatissified loyal customer!

Ordered a small arrangement to surprise my Girlfriend in a Las Vegas hotel. I ordered online from PA for same day delivery (2/16/17). I spoke to them twice that night, once to get a status check and see how they deliver to the hotel, and the other time they called to verify the hotel since I put the wrong hotel name but the correct address. Both times the ladies were very professional and very polite, answering all the questions I asked. From what she says the delivery person was great as well and the arrangement was delicious! Thank you!

Worst service ever. Placed in order 5/9/16 for Mother's Day on the 10th and with a small bouquet and the Mother's Day balloon bundle with a chocolate pop saying happy Mother's Day. Not only did my delivery didn't make it to my mother, (which they told me it would) I called the store to complain and Cindy refunded the balloons and the delivery fee , I told her I still wanted the balloons but she insisted as a courtesy. I gave an alternative address so it could make it to my mother later on in the day but turns out she had ran to the store while they went to drop it off. So my mother didn't get her arrangement on the 10th but on the 11th with ONLY the small bouquet! NO BALLOONS OR CHOCOLATE POP !!! Thanks Cindy , worst communication ! Never again this location !
