"I will never go to the dispensary again!" Very unprofessional employees. One of the employees, I didn't know her name she was that fat girl working there. She should be fired she has no customer service skills at all. She look so confused she looks so lost she didn't even know what she was doing Very rude. I left that store so piss off because of that lady working there. I don't know how you guys are still in business. Please go to another dispensary this one is so disappointing.

I am sitting in the waiting room as I am writing this and the lady behind the counter is complaining about them having too many customers I wonder how the owners would take to that they are turning away new patients because they are too busy it is barely 730 and they close at 8 o'clock. Unprofessional, patients need their medication, why say you are open until 8pm when your turning patients away before 7:30.

I once rated this place 5 stars, but in light of recent events I have decided to drastically change my review. I experienced a DRAMATIC drop in the quality of their flower over a period of about a few months. Flower was all very dry and would just grind down into dust, and the THC content got very low all across the board. All this in spite of the fact that they expect us to pay $12 for a gram of that garbage, and the 3 strains they have on sale for $9 are not even worth buying. Also, when I first got my card and made a purchase from Mother Earth Herbs they would give new patients a free gram on their first visit. Eventually they changed it to a free pre-roll, and then it was a 20% discount on your first purchase...... Despite all of that, I went to go buy a couple grams one evening around 7:45, got to Mother Earth Herbs about 7:57pm. Their hours say that they close at 8pm, so while I understand that 3 minutes to closing time may be cutting it close and can be slightly frustrating for the employees, but 8pm means 8pm. Not to mention there were still 3 or 4 customers inside making purchases when I got there. Anyhow, I walked up to the door and rang the bell at 7:57, stood for a minute waiting and then rang it again about 7:58. I saw the girl who works the front desk go from the front room without even looking in my direction, go to the other room and start stocking the fridge, like I wasn

Had gone there before and had horrible customer service, so I didn't go back. Until last Sunday. And tbh, I only went because they were open. I should have waited. The bud was not quality and the pre roll tasted like some wack shake from somebody's little brothers homegrown. And had about the same effect, which was close to none....tasted so bad I won't smoke the rest. Sorry, I really wanted to like you guys.
