I’ve brought my car here many times, even bought a membership here in hopes that these people would get it right this time but no. Every time I come doesn’t matter if I got the most expensive car wash or the regular I ALWAYS had to tell them to please re-vacuum. They never wiped down my seats (leather) and said that it didn’t come in the cheaper packages so I got the most expensive one that was suppose to have that included & they still didn’t wipe them, I had to come home and spend 30 more min cleaning my seats and vacuuming. They recently changed ownership so I had high hopes that they would have better quality car washes but no, still the same and I will not be returning anymore. For the price they charge you can get better quality else where.

I brought my f-150 work truck to this place and I promise the truck was in worse shape than you're thinking lol the people at shine auto spa did an amazing job inside and out and even sent it through the wash twice to make sure even the bed of the truck was clean. They sprayed my dull rims with some acid and brought them right back to life. I'd definitely reccomend to anyone and I will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

1st time ever & terrible experience seems to me like the last time. Know what the right hand is doing. Plus everyone's got some kind of attitude when it comes to doing their job. No communication and the last person that reads the ticket doesn't read it they just assume. That is a basic car wash when I actually paid for a hand wax and the works turbo Turbo experience first time here and last time here.

I gave a low score do to the fact one of the employees had the nerve to leave my car running while he was detaling it i kinda got scared thinking he was goin to steal it.i asked him do you have my car running he said yes thats just what they do i was thinking to myself well the other 2 cars ahead of me was not running.so after i left the place i spoke. To the manager whom was a very nice lady and i had asked her she said no we dont do that.in all honsetly that was my 1st and last time there.not mad at manager but i don't want to go back wondering if my car is goin to get taken if i am not sitting right next to it not saying he was goin to take it .but i have trust issues no reason to leave car on

Finally, I found a car wash that pays attention to detail. The employees do take their time vacuuming & drying your vehicle. Inside lounge area is clean & ample, beverages and snacks sold inside along with auto knick knacks. Women's restroom is always clean. I would give it 5 stars however, establishment is always under staffed, prepare to wait or come right as they open.

I have no words for how AMAZING my SUV looks!!! Shine Auto Spa the team did an absolutely awesome job, my Suv looks brand new again. I can't thank these guys enough, I will definitely be a regular here with my SUV and my wife Suv. Everyone I know who's looking for a spectacular car wash and detail at a phenomenal price will be hearing about Shine Auto Spa! They have great waiting room with a massage chair, TV and great AC cooling and good snacks. I have been going to this place for very two weeks and extremely happy!

If I could give this place 0 stars. We brought our car in just for a regular car wash 40 mins ago. In that time, 2 trucks have actually made it through the line. There are about 15 people here now waiting and they are getting pretty restless. There is nobody at the front desk to take Payments. 3 people are waiting to pay. I really wish I would have gone somewhere else.
