Sierrawell has been stealing from customers. They had my medical info under someone else’s name which expired. So I haven’t gotten my discount in months. Check your receipts! Better to go to Rise or S... more

Better to go to Rise or Sol. They give you free J’s too! Sierrawell will not honor deals or points. Very bad business!! I even called the manager. He laughed.

I've had a few deliveries since this covid19 pandemic.I know it can be a little frustrating waiting so long for your items to be delivered ,but at least they did not completely shut down.I was having problems putting in my order in so I called and spoke with Michelle. She was so helpful and cheerful.I was so pleased with her knowledge and happy to meet her when she arrived at my house with my items.Good job Sierra Well at doing your best with all the sudden changes involved, and making this still possible to get what we need or want .Thank you.

I have been aa customer here since the opening and I have been patient with everything going. I understand they have new laws they have to follow and they are short staffed. I dont understand why I have placed 3 orders within the last week 1 being confirmed through text and 2 just being confirmed on the website. I have received NOTHING. No phone calls back, texts, or replies through email. I have called and left messages multiple times and sent multiple emails. Now they aren't delievering. So on that note no I would not recommend. Trying Rise today hopefully they are better.

I gave 2 stars, because I'm fed up with sierra well pushing dayton to the back of the bus all the time. Then at 10 mins to 10 you wanna msg and say oh it has to be the next day it wasn't processed. Then you need to stop sending the msg saying it is being processed for delivery. And some heads up earlier would be nice I could have gone else where. But I was waiting on you all day....NO NO NO.

Well this is the second time I have not received my order on the day it is suppose to arrive, I understand times are tough but seriously noone answers the phone to explain what is going on or to atleast notify me it will be tomorrow, I mean how is a l single order going to take 12 hours of preparing. What are you guys doing growing it for me

I normally love this place as they take care of their medical patients very well. Except under the new circumstances. Delivery only is no problem. But shutting down orders every day? It's 8am! I've tried calling every day this week to no avail. What happens when I run out of meds?

Absolute terrible service with online ordering. been waiting 2 days for my order and they say if they are not gonna make ur delivery they will call, never got a call. Than got a message it's being prepared and will be delivered in 2 to 4 hours, its 48 hours later now. There is no way of getting a status on order. I have left numerous messages and finally a girl picked up and said will look into it and call u back in 5 minutes and never got a call back. Put off everything in my life to wait for a delivery for 2 days, now going on 3.

I just really would like to know why you guys during this really hard time for everyone are trying to charge 100$ minimum for delivery ? It's the only option. Why would you guys do that to people who need meds and can't afford 100$. Seriously. Cut that out. I've been a faithful customer since you guys first opened for medical only. I'm pretty upset. We're supposed to come together for each other during these times, not charge everyone 100$ minimum per order. Other dispensaries such as Blum and Greenleaf are not doing that. Please change this. Otherwise you lost my business. Other dispensaries are 30$ minimum. What makes you worth 100$ absolutely rediculous. Your customers should come first. Think of how many people who aren't ordering from you because of that rediculous minimum. C'mon now.

C.C. used online preorder and still took 30 minutes to get order 10 minutes for the clerk to go and get it so I'm not understanding what the point of the alphabetized buckets are for and why there's only one person on a Friday night. This place has gone to hell since going corporate. Never the same clerk and the questions you asked get a reply of I don't know I'm from Reno.

Been their multiple time and today was the third time I have gotten home and found out they screwed me again call and they offered me a prerole well unless that prerole cost 45.00 they can shove it very no impressed with the staff when I call and talk about what happened will drive twice a week 30 miles away then then the 3 to this place just because you are local don’t buy from a place that doesn’t care
